Bill Hines
Ok I have found the Air Temp Sensor with a little help from everyone. Here is the info: jacwjames photo was it. proof: pwhittle was great help, trace down 2 issues at the gathering. 1. aux battery boost ( now fixed) 2. tracing down the wire to grid relay #31 and 41 for grid heaters I hope by replacing the old one that will fix the problem. frank@fpexton.com
Excellent! Did you get the sensor out from the rear or did you go through the hole in bedroom?
jacwjames
Glad you got it fixed. Was the end of the sensor that dirty??? If so I'd be checking your air intake system.

peter howe
On 2/27/2022 at 6:14 AM, Bill Hines said: On my 2000 Dynasty 34 York Mh when starting, the grid heater solenoids are not engaged before starting. Wire #41 and #31 are not powering the relay. Trying to chase down where the wires go. Hopefully they could be disconnected or dirty and simple fix. I have a part#3408346 for Temp sensor for grid heaters. The photo shows wire #41 and #31 attached to grid heater relays. They exit through top of compartment. The engine starts easy because I live in Florida, but in cool or cold weather it’s not happy for about 60 seconds and I generally turn on block heater hours before starting to over come grid heaters not functioning. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Bill I am having same issue no grid heaters and on cold starts it smokes and stumbles
