It is held in place with Velcro but you may also find a screw at the top. Kind of tough to find. Try a small mirror behind the very top.
What kind of adjustment and you wanting to do? -
If it is an HWH system they still support it. Might be best to send them the whole module. They will go through it and test it. Give them a call. Be aware that you will have to leave a message and they will call you back. The call backs take a couple days but they are very good about returning calls.

Yes. Under the armrest behind the cover next to the seat there is a jungle of plugs. This is where the things coming from the rear of the Coach join with the front. I have no idea which plug it is. They are plugs that lock together but mine must not have been snapped together and it worked loose
-
You can also look at the Intellitec module while someone presses one of the slide buttons. If it illuminates then you know that Intellitec is sending the signal to the HWH system. I had a similar problem and after a ton of searching it was found the the plug that is inside the drivers armrest had worked it’s way loose.

$600. 😳. Wow! I would have signed up for that in a minute. My biggest issue is that I’m too neurotic to have other work on my Coach unless absolutely necessary. The other thing I wanted to do while it’s out is to clean up and POR-15 and paint everything in that area that I couldn’t get to previously with it assembled. Like everything , it’s takes a bit longer doing it the first time and all of my tools are in my workshop which is separate from the motorhome garage so a lot of steps logged going back and forth. I’ll be glad to have it out tomorrow and start the cleaning and detailing while I wait for the new unit to arrive.

So I began my radiator remove project and it is quite the project. Certainly not one for the faint of heart. Raised the entire Coach 14” to allow for the radiator to come out the bottom, removers coolant and hydraulic fluid and have everything disconnected except the top CAC line. Have about 7 hours into it. Going to take a break from it today except for cleaning up the work area and organizing tools. Pretty ugly worksite at the moment.

It is common that the headlights end up seeing lower than needed voltage and therefore dimmer lights than what they were designed for. I chose to swap out my bulbs for high quality fan cooled LEDs. Much much better visibility but I still choose not to drive at night unless absolutely necessary

Things like this continue to amaze me regarding the lack of oversight and direction regarding the safety of motor homes by the government. They are very diligent and focused on automobile safety and improvements but zero input regarding motor homes. I understand that the volume of motorhome product is minuscule in comparison but it doesn’t seem like it would take a whole lot of effort to implement some improvements. Most needed are some regs. regarding Class A rigs

I spoke with CG&J. Looks like there were a few versions of the radiator that were used in my Coach. Looks like I will have to get it out to confirm the questions they had before I can order. Will start that project when the season winds down

Play nice guys.

Ok. Thanks Gents!
i will give CG&J a call. I will let you know how I make out.

I will be needing to replace the radiator in my 2006 Executive with a Detroit 60 Series Engine. I know I’ve seen a company that makes them on a forum but I’ve done a search and cannot find anything. If anyone knows of a reputable source for a replacement radiator please let me know. Quality is most important to me.
Thank you!
Steve

Jeeesus, I don't know. Wife has said I can't get another coach..
Ya. My wife says the same thing but it’s going to happen in a couple years. I enjoy working on improvements to my coach too but after owning it for 5 years now I’m having a hard time finding things to do.

What are you going to do with yourself when you can’t find anything to improve or fix?
Nice work and thanks for sharing!
-
Much less in Mexico and so is the quality. Ok to go there if you don’t mind a lower quality outcome.
-
Definitely keep looking. That’s crazy money

I’m also interested if a source is found. Although I need The Executive logo.

In my case it only mattered that the match and fit were perfect in the front because the rest of the cut was hidden by the cabinets next to it.
-
For the bottom piece I cut it on a table saw. That’s the easy part. For the top I used a Saber Saw and a hand saw very carefully. Then a lot of filing using a straight edge to constantly check for low points. It is tedious and a bit time consuming but for me I felt easier than disassembling the cabinets
-
I did not remove mine when altering it. After removing the TV I marked and carefully cut the cabinet removing the section that was lower than the adjacent cabinets. Then I cut the bottom off of the TV section I removed just above the corner radius. Then back to the mounted cabinet, I cut more off of the cabinet So when I reattached the bottom again the bottom matched the other cabinets. The cuts had to be precise and clean so that when reassembled it looked original. I was fortune to have doors from the desk that I had removed and they are the perfect height. Now I have a little extra storage for items that are handy to have close to the entry such as gloves, hats and rain jackets

You’re asking the wrong guy as I am only 5’6”. 😂 but I would say that they may be small for you. With that said I would think all of this type is seating may be the same situation for you. If you don’t mind your legs hanging off the end of the footrest I think they will work fine for you

If you have a vent fan in the garage it shouldn’t be an issue running the RV A/C
-
If space is an issue you can eliminate the center section of my arrangement when ordering.

Don’t let the picture fool you. My jackknife sofa was on the passenger side where my sleeper sofa is now. The theater seating is the same length as the desk and associated cabinets were. There is much more room at the dinette than it appears. Same amount as there was from the factory.

once I get it out and get the needed measurements and details I plan on getting pricing from Source also.
