  1. Going to replace both roof AC on 2004 Executive. I want to try to keep it simple using (KISS) method. LOL. These are the 3 units I was considering of using.

All units 15 K with heat pump, Blizzard NXT, Penguin II and Brisk II. I'll also be replacing the 4 buttons thermostat with the new CCC 2.
Right now, I'm leaning toward the Blizzard NXT for more air flow 350 CFM. Thanks in advance for the advice!

  2. Thanks for sharing the information, Ivan! After talking to you, I did discover that I had 3 low pressures switch 20 PSI and other leaks. Waiting for it to come in from HWH. In the means time started replacing the front air bags. The last 4 bags. The front has a 3/4 “air line with a 1 1/8 compression nut on it. What make ready bad is there is hardly any room on the back 2 bag.

Ivan is this the plunger you are talking about? The silver piece in the middle. Would you have the part #? Thanks

I checked with them. They are "backordered" according to their answered email.

I went on line and try to order and it seem like that they have one. I was able to get to shipping cost. Just short of paying for it.

It seems that in most cases the failure of an HWH solenoid is the coil.  Does anyone have a source for the coil?  It would be nice to have a couple on hand

They are 2 different one. This one is 3/32 orifice https://www.nwrvsupply.com/product/replacement-hwh-air-solenoid-rap1940-in-stock-today/

Hey there Plano, I'm in the Dallas area too. I just found my dash ac isn't blowing cold , I totally clueless as to how the system functions and pointers would be appreciated.

@BigNick Sorry, just now see this. Good thing for you I was just about to post the full replacement (parts list). If you have any question feel free to PM me. Coach is a 2004 Executive with ISM 500. This is not a how to but rather more of what part you will need to get this done. Sorry for the grammar! Not much of a writer. LOL

USE CAUTION YOU WILL NEED TO SAVE THE DIODE

The new compressor had the wrong end. You'll need to cut off the old compressor

end off as close to the hole down screw for the cable. Do the same but closer to

the connector of the new compressor. The color code will not match. Black with

    with white tracer is hot.

    I use Murray 80-8032 / 33321 from ORilley under $30.00

Evacuate the system when done, then close all service ports. I have a 8 CFM pump and I let it run for 45 minutes +. Make a note of what the gauge is reading. Check the gauge it should be the same reading as before if there is NO LEAK. Break vacuum with Freon. I put as much in as I can before starting the engine. Finish up charging the system until it cold, don't over charge. Watch the low side and the high side gauge. My was at 25 PSI on the low side and around 200-225 on the high side. OH, make make sure you hear the condenser fan running. I said this cause my wasn't running. It make a big different.

    I hope this help!
