  1. I have one which works intermittently the part numbers are not visible. Need the PN and or a source Thanks Bill 08 Endeavor PDQ
  2. My covers fit perfect Please note my second photo is to Cary my second photo is to show how they look before snapping them in. These fit perfectly
  3. Cary just got mine installed and the fit was perfect. The personal card was a super plus that made us all smile Hope y'all have a safe and fun New Years Thanks Bill n Marilyn 08 Endavor
  4. Hi added a new inverter me2012-20B and remote MERC50 . Used the settings I got here from Tom Thanks Tom. But in set up under battery type I chose FLOODED. But I can not find a place to set AMP Hrs 450/500 AMP Hrs. There are several types of battery's to choose from but after that there is only a custom setting?
  5. Tom you’re right these manuals and capabilities are staggering. Going to take a breath here and maybe stick with the simpler version. We are part time travelers, not much dry camping or off the grid fun. The system basically runs the residential fridge and lights as we travel. I am a firm believer in KISS method Thanks
  6. Tom yes sticking with the ME as that’s what he warranty folks would authorize. The remote is on me , I was going to stay with the same model remote as now. But the Magnum folks recommended the ARC so going to give it a try. I think it is overkill for what we are doing but going to give it a try. Read the manual and it’s a bit confusing. So going to call them back once I have the parts in hand Thanks for the help
  7. After trying every fix suggested I am going to replace the inverter and the remote The inverter is the same model as was installed in 2008 but the remote is a newer version Me-ARC50 recommended by Magnum I need some help on the settings as we use an Blue Seas ARC when it sees a charge source it connects both battery banks for charging. The banks are the normal 6 volt x 4 G2-c in series and two G31 in parallel. So do I add to the 450 amp hr the two 12 volt batteries at 110 for a 670 bank or leave it at 450 as before. Any suggestions on setting up the new remote is appreciated
  8. I should note that now the remote is reading close to what I see at the battery
  9. Powered it back up tonight after three days of charger stand by It went into absorb mode at 14.6 45 amp Two hours later shifted to float at 13.3 As this seemed normal I did not run any of the suggested test As there is no fault not sure what to do next I think it kicks it self into Equalization mode staying stuck there But I do trust the system to leave the charger on In hindsight I think it may have done this before but not stayed in EM But we were away and didn't notice anything. is it normal to use 1/2 gal of Distilled water every 6 weeks or so
  10. Tom good point I will chase this in a few days got to go back to work for a bit
  11. After being power down for 2 days and isolating the batterys they were House 12.97 and Chassis 13.06. Turned the charger on at the meter it went to 15.1 68 A the amps slowly dropped to 21 in 45 minutes But still 15.1 But at the battery we started to see 15.5 Ok did a soft reset no change, unplugged the temp sensor + soft reset no change, unplugged the remote no change, plugged back in ran the Tec option No change So did a hard reset No change I am thinking it must be something in the inverter which is beyond what I am comfortable with. Thanks to Tom for his help and to everyone else for their suggestions ONE thing Talked to Blue Seas the unit locks it isolates when it sees high voltage, which shuts down the Led on the remote switch. The spec says 16.2 but the Tec felt that above 15.5 it would shut down
  12. No solar and generally lives plugged in here when we are not on the road Funny thing is I think it did this once before where it shifted in to equalize mode on its own. Not sure but what I noticed is that there was some battery acid spilled out of the battery's. We were gone and so I dont know what the remote read
  13. Tom on the Tombretta what I did was disconnect the wires and tape them up and then fabed new battery cables for the BSARC. Been working couple of years at this point.
  14. Tom thanks for the clear road map which I will run in the am. One thing to comment on is on this model the Tombretta connected both batteries any time there was shore power. Some sort of circuit board in the front run box that I never could get clear info on. It got really hot to touch and is one reason we went to the BS ARC. I will come back with what I find on Monday
  15. Tom thanks for the good info, now I know where the temp sensor is located. Yes I did make two postings as there are two issues . But perhaps they are related as they came up at the same time. No major changes on the coach except to replace the Tombretta with the Blue Sea. Which has worked now for a couple of years. For the moment I have turned both batteries off and isolated them on the Blue Sea, turned off the inverter and the power to the coach. Then call Blue Sea Monday then reset etc. The coach had been in a repair shop and when first thing noticed I picked it up they had shut the inverter off and used the salesman switch (which we never use). So we turned all that back on and drove home. The first thing noticed a few days later was a that neither LED on the Blue Sea remote were not lit and there was no action when the switch was pressed. I checked to be sure the switch was in the right position on the Blue Sea unit. I checked both battery banks and the battery's were over 15 v which seemed higher than normal. Double checked with two meters got the same reading. I also saw just a bit of liquid around the caps on one house battery. In side the meter read 12.4 float so the difference waved a red flag . Is the 15 v is normal I never checked it before at the battery level. I think a reset could be a good idea. I have the manual and the info from this posting. Thanks to Everyone I will post what I find
  16. Bob the wire is connected to the battery has power and the fuse is good
  17. we have the same coach I will pull the panel and check. So there would be two phone plugs on the back one going to the inverter the other the sensor, Is there a sensor on the battery Not much in the manual I could see on the temp sensor Correction I did find the correct manual in my files and see where the temp plugs into the inverter
  18. Yep two issues at once might be connected This am Chassis 12.9 I have turned the battery switch off House 13.8 Inside remote 12.8 Myron where is the sensor located I wonder if un pluging the phone cord connection at both ends would help
  19. Jim the know is turned to the far left. If I push the button down I get a solid click. So I think that's right ?
  20. After two years with no problems Our remote switch has stopped working. Neither LED is lit and it does not do anything when switched Fuse is ok checked ground at the battery and the one to the chassis
  21. Our Magnum inverter suddenly is over charging both battery banks. We noticed it while chasing another issues Both banks were just shy if 15 volts in float charge mode So we put the charger on stand by Now on the remote panel inside it reads 12.9 But with my meter at the battery it reads 14.4. ?
  22. 50 amp reel from 08 Endeavor working fine when removed needs a new cord. New not installed metal replacement drive gear. $150
  23. Our small bedroom slide is a cable slide. When I put the small bedroom slide out just now I noticed the top forward and back bottom cables were not visible. No sign of broken cables at the bracket they were just not visible. Motor runs fine and slide still comes in and out with just two cables, But I would not trust it to not jam up I took apart the inside top facia to gain access to the motor etc. What I see is a good loop of slack for the bottom cable on the right and a loop of slack on the left for the top cable. Can't pull them out past whatever other pulley there is I can figure out where the cables route once they leave the top compartment. How do you get access to the rest of the cable routing?
  24. Anyone installed these on a Endeavor using Penguin ducted AC
