quick_tox Posted September 11, 2020 Posted September 11, 2020 02 knight has hydraulic brakes. I can put a light behind the reservoir and see the fluid level but where is the full line? the user manual says "fluid level should be at the bottom of the port ring openings".
DavidL Posted September 11, 2020 Posted September 11, 2020 Level looks fine. I think they are saying the level should be just below the openings at the top. But it isn't hugely critical. Have you ever flushed / refilled the system with new brake fluid? 2002...it should be done.
quick_tox Posted September 11, 2020 Author Posted September 11, 2020 Never. No visible contamination. I get away with a lot of extended maintenance. I store it covered in the dry desert town of Needles, CA

That is why it is recommend to change it even through it may appear to be in good condition.
