Georgia Mike Posted March 29, 2022 Share Posted March 29, 2022 Does the orifice come apart from the burner tube? On some it looks like it unscrews but I tried and it wouldn’t budge. Steel wire can scratch the brass, bad idea. On the other end, if you suspect a buildup of soot hit it with a propane torch turning the soot to ash. A few taps, swipes with a toothbrush or shot of compressed air will cause the ash to literally fall off.
