House Intellitec Multiplex Keypad Issue Fixed

A few weeks ago I was contacted offline by a member with a 2006 Executive with a PS front slide that would not open when pressing the front PS out button on the keypad.  The keypad lights would come on but the orange keypad light would not.  The solution was to run a jumper wire between the DS out and PS out wires on the Intellitec output module such that when he pressed the DS slide out key, both the DS and PS slides would go out at the same time.  This had been the fix since he first got the coach 6 years ago.

Thinking it was a bad push button on the keypad, I had him send it to me. Much to my surprise, the keypad just had the wrong code programmed into it.  I reprogrammed the keypad with the correct code and fixed the problem.  First time I've ever seen that issue but in talking with Paul Whittle, he also saw it once before.

So, just a heads up, sometimes fixing a problem can be as easy as a software correction.
