  1. I Google search the Internet for the best deals. Then compare. Last time I purchased Fleetguard fuel and oil filters from Amazon.
  2. I just spoke with Barry @ Josam's in Orlando. He seems to think it is most likely a travel solenoid valve that is not working on the 6-Pack at the rear because the left side won't come up at all but I can raise it with the HWH control panel in manual mode. I plan to take the coach to Josam's once I have a firm appointment made with RV Glass Solutions in Lakeland FL for a new windshield to be installed. I will go to Josam's first to have the ride height system repaired, then head over to Lakeland FL to have my new windshield installed.
  3. Thanks for confirming what I was thinking in regards to the left Ride height Valve being the problem. I appreciate bouncing this off members and having knowledgeable folks to rely on.
  4. My Dynasty no longer comes up to proper ride height on the entire left side. I am assuming that the ride height valve in the rear that controls the left side has failed or something else has happened to it. Am I correct in my thinking? I can bring it up manually but it won't stay there. It slowly drops back down. What say others who know more about the ride height valves than I do?
  5. Joe, this has been discussed previously. I quick search would have found you some answers. This is what I had installed in my previous Windsor. I have vented the microwave in our Dynasty as yet. Low on the priority list. Comes in black or white. Paint-able too. https://rvandmarine.com/product/rv-microwave-oven-vent/
  6. Progressive was $2877 for this coming renewal. NOT!!!
  7. The agent I talked with is named Justin Blumenfeld. His number is 502-313-6086. He is located in Tennessee. Please let him know that I referred you to him. No monetary reason just want to give him more business. I later discovered that there are local agents nearby my house in Florida but I started with him on a cold call. He is very nice to talk with and not pushy at all.
  8. RV America put me with a company called Auto Owners Insurance. Don't know anything about American General.
  9. @Georgia Mike Mike, I opened up that same drawer to get a closer look. There are no "latches" like others have spoke about. The side tracks actually have somewhat of a detente which keeps the drawer closed. It operates like the rest of the drawers in the coach. The granite cover will not even raise up unless the drawer is completely out. I don't see anything mechanically that would restrict the drawer from sliding open. If something had fallen out and gotten caught I would think it would move at least a little. One suggestion is to remove the air vent on the right side of the dash, remove the air hose and push it aside to get a look at the inside at least on the right. The only way to see the left side is to remove the center dash and there are lots of air hoses back there. Sorry, I can't be of more help.
  10. I received my Progressive RV Insurance renewal in January for the March 1st renewal. OMG!!! The renewal bill came in at $2877 for a full pay discounted rate. SO, this month, I made up a list of 8 RV insurance companies to call for their current rate do do some comparison shopping. I only made three calls before settling on one company in particular that writes insurance for my state, Florida. My first call was to RVer Insurance Exchange. Second call was to National General Insurance and the third call was to RV America. They happen to be in that very same order from the top on my list. I never called the other 5 companies. RV Insurance Exchange quote came in close to the Progressive as they were quoting Progressive. National General came in around $2300. However, my third call was the "CHARM". That was to RV America which landed me at a brokers office in Tennessee. They quoted me a rate of $899 for one year with a company called Auto Owners Insurance. All three quotes were for basically the same level and type of coverage so as not to mix apples with oranges. The gentleman on the phone remarked that the state of Florida was only writing RV insurance policies with three companies, Progressive, National General and Auto Owners. Don't know if that statement is true or not. Well, this is a no brainer. My progressive policy will be cancelled at midnight February 29th and my new policy with Auto Owners Insurance company begins at 12:01 am March 1st.
  11. These are for the AT$T Connected Car Plan. They do not come with a SIM card. You have to provide that yourself. These devices do NOT time out so they are active 24/7. $50 plus shipping to your zip-code.
  12. One pair of fairly new Tyron Bands for 22,5 inch RV wheels. New mounting hardware included. $1000 plus shipping to your zip-code.
  13. There are four scales. Each scale has 20,000 Lb capacity measured in 10 lb increments. Intercomp Scale Model PT300 Two scales work perfectly, they power up and are fully calibrated. They are portable and each scale is powered with 6 AA batteries. One scale needs to be re-calibrated. It powers up and displays plus it zeros out but it is not accurate for weight. It definitely needs to be re-calibrated. The fourth scale does not power up and most likely needs to be factory checked. These are great for doing corner weights on RV's & motor-homes. Pickup only! $1000 or Make Offer.
  14. Mike, I will open mine up this morning to look closely at what may be causing your problem. I will repost later today. We use that drawer a lot.
  15. @NAMVET77 Don, I had purchased a package from one of our members here when he advertised it in the classifieds. It included two new complete solenoid valves plus multiple packages of the required o-rings for rebuilding. I scarfed it up quickly knowing the project I had ahead of me. Some time back I saw a posting where a member listed a new coil that would work on the HWH valves. I have kept that information just in case I needed it. Here are the Amazon links to that coil. http://tinyurl.com/2bzcfe59 http://tinyurl.com/ypjt8z6d I have not ordered any of these so I cannot confirm that they do work as a replacement. Obviously, you would need to replace the connector with the one from HWH to make it work.
  16. Yes, the filter is the least of the problems with the Aqua-Hot. I was forced to change mine once in the Windsor when I took on a full tank of bad fuel in the Yukon while coming back from Alaska. I had to change out both engine fuel filters, the Aqua-Hot filter and the generator filter to get everything back to normal. That was an interesting trip and back story.
  17. My previous Windsor uses the Racor R12T filter which has the clear water/debris trap bowl at the bottom. My Dynasty uses the standard filter without the water.debris trap at the bottom. I cant read the brand, etc. as the label is facing the other direction.
  18. 7.16 volts is not enough by a long shot. The Aqua-Hot will not work with voltage less than 12.1 VDC.
  19. The Racor R12T has a water trap bowl. The Garber Fuel Filter does not. https://hydronicheatingwarehouse.com/collections/frontpage/products/garber-fuel-filter
  20. It makes getting under the coach into a tight place only one time instead of two. Don't like working in that area more than I have to.
  21. That's exactly why I want the entire 6-Pack block removed to rebuild it on the bench. I can easily do a pressure test while it is sitting on the bench versus in the coach.
  22. I have all of the correct size o-rings plus a couple of solenoid valves for backup. Don't need a new one. I have Visone looking for a used one. Just need the part number in case they ask me for it.
  23. My reason for the part number is to get a used 6-Pack, rebuild it on my bench, then swap it out with the rear one. Then rebuild that one to swap it out with the one in the front. The tag one I can rebuild it without removing it.
