If your looking for to recharge, here's what I used.

I made some storage pads from 2 x 12 cut to @ 4' long. I then covered them with rubber stall mat which I purchased at Tractor Supply.
https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/4-ft-x-6-ft-x-3-4-in-thick-rubber-stall-mat?cm_vc=-10005&cm_mmc=Affiliates-_-Pepperjam-_-Generic-_-Offer&affiliate_id=21181&click_id=3264384200&utm_source=pepperjam&utm_medium=affiliate&clickId=3264384200
For winter storage, I leave my jacks up and put a set of wood blocks under each jack. I then dump the air bags. The coach will lower down on these blocks without extending the jacks. This takes the weight off the tires. I asked (Paul) Azpete, the resident HWH expert, about this procedure and said it is OK.- 2

Here's a video which explains the differences in spin on air dryer cartridges. Bottom line, you need to know what system you have.

Good Idea. How often do you have to change the batteries?
I remove the batteries when we finish each trip. I check them before reinstalling them for our next trip using something like this https://www.amazon.com/D-FantiX-Battery-Universal-Checker-Batteries/dp/B014FEM0X6/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=2W19I8SMKAJH&keywords=D-FantiX+Battery+Tester&qid=1685316060&sprefix=d-fantix+battery+tester%2Caps%2C136&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFVWjFRWDM1REo1QVQmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAyNDUxNTkzTzNQQjlXWFY5SVlUJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAyNDg0OTRUT1FFUDE1MEhIUlQmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
They usually last about 3 years.

When I had to do mine, I also found extensive water damage. After repair, I purchased the following to alert me if there was a water another leak.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000JOK11K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I also purchased these to put in other areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc) where water leaks could occur.

I'm getting ready to install the Centramatics on the steer tires of my MH. Do I need to still have the tires spun balanced first?

I replaced the entry door light with this one on my Windsor years ago. So when we purchased the Dynasty, I bought another one to install on the Dynasty which needs to be done sometime this year.
I'm having a problem opening your link. Can you please till me the brand/model you are recommending?

This is what I used. In addition to the adhesive spray, I used some screws and large washers to mechanically attach.

I recently replaced mine. Here is where I got mine. https://www.recpro.com/rv-slide-out-seal-3-inch-wiper-seal-with-adhesive/ I reinforced it with aluminum flat bar which I got at HD https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-in-x-96-in-Aluminum-Flat-Bar-with-1-8-in-T-802557/204276137. Got this idea from Happycarz on IRV2.

I have finished the installation of the Houghton. In the black box attached is only 12 volt wiring and temp sensor and the RJ 11 communication lines. I bought the box off Amazon. I had to modify the return air and forced conditioned air separator, picture attached. I had to make the attach bolts out of some all thread rod (#8x1.25). I made them 9” long and just welded a nut on one end to have a hex head.
Now for the good part. My old penguin 13,500 BTU with a wacko silencer was 58 decibels. It would heat to 106 degrees and cool to 39 degrees in the duck work. The Houghton is 53 decibels. It heats to 112 degrees and cools to 33 degrees in the duct work. I took the temps in the same place for both. It is much quieter on the outside versus the penguin's also.
I should have included this picture also which is the control board and wiring.
Please provide the link/info on the box you bought on Amazon.

This is where I got mine. Am very happy with the product and service.

I have 2 transponders. One I keep in the MH and one in the toad. When towing, I put the toad transponder in its foil bag and put it in the glove box so that both are not charged $$. Five+ years and no problems.
