I went with RVI and it was any easy install and works great

X2 with RVI. At first I installed a fused line from the MH to the toad. After doing so, I was concerned that if there was a problem with the MH charge system it would drain the toad battery and I would be stuck on the side of the road with 2 dead vehicles. Purchased a "Toad Battery Charger" from RVI and have not had any problems keeping the toad battery fully charged.

Nothing from the bird connects to the ml acr
Only the two large cables that were connected to the bottom of Big Boy get connected to the ml acr. You will probably gave to fabricate new copper bar connectors.
I eliminated the Bird the 2 solenoids and the two relays.
If you are going to use the remote switch you can make use of the cables that are connected to your existing boost switch.
See my pictures above.
Where do the wires on the BIRD for the Genset, Ignition, Coach Bat, Solenoid, and Ground get connected to when installing the ML-ACR

When I changed my coolant, I used Peak Final Charge
First flush the old antifreeze from your system. Make sure to turn on the dash heat and aqua heat to enable the old coolant in the heater hoses to be circulated out. This may take 2-3 cycles and for this I used regular tap water. For the final flush, I used distilled water. I bought 2 gallons of the Concentrate Final Charge, and after the flushing was good, I added the concentrate (2 Gallons) to the system, as there is always some water left behind in the system after draining. Then I added the 50/50 mixture of Final Charge to fill the rest of the system. Make sure to change your coolant filter to a non SCA filter.- 1

Does anybody have a wiring diagram showing how the wires from the BIRD were rerouted to the new ML-ACR ?

Here are a few sources where you can get replacement keys.

I used a product called Chassis Saver. You still have to wire brush and remove all loose rust. I found that Chassis Saver was easy to apply and did not need the prep coat. You can get it on Amazon

Here's are 2 good sources. Give them a call and see what they suggest based upon your present system/wiring.

Looks great! I know you said the hardware came with the Coach. Any idea where one can purchase similar hardware? Thank you and enjoy the Rally!
Take a look at the following from the Knape & Vogt catalog. Pick the size you need.

Here is the Firestone Air Spring Replacement Guide which should help you identify your air bags.
Best way is to measure what you currently have (front and rear may be different) and look in the guide. -
Here is a company the refinishes seats.

From my own experience, Coachnet, FMCA, etc. will only help you locate and dispatch a mobile mechanic, they will not pay for the repair.

We also have/recommend the Progressive Industries HW50C. In addition I have the following which I use to check the pedestal before backing in to a campsite.

We have a Garmin 760LMT and are very happy with it. That being said, we did have a trip where it tried to put us on a road which was not fit for a motorhome. Thankfully a local came by. He said his truck wouldn't even fit on the road the GPS was sending us and gave us directions to get back to a major road. Yes, I did contact Garmin and notified them of the problem. Lessons learned!! Don't trust your GPS as your only source to get you there!! We use the GPS as a guide, then check the maps (old school) and follow the directions given on the campgrounds website.

Charging battery on Toad from motorhome when driving

My concern was that the motorhome would drain the battery. The RVI will help prevent that from happening.
