  1. https://www.racorstore.com/racor-rk-55484-probe-conn-w-gold-plated-term.html I just ordered one today!
  2. I have a similar coach and, when I have needed to use the battery boost I have pressed and held the switch while either trying the ignition key or the generator start. If I am understanding you correctly, that is wrong? Granted I'm not holding for an entire minute....but certainly a few seconds.
  3. I can and WILL attest to the beauty and quality of this coach! I found this RV online years back. Before I had a chance to make a move on it, the coach was sold. I was sad and though I’d never see it again. A few weeks later, in one of life’s little ironies that very coach pulled into the campground I was staying at. I brazenly marched over and introduced myself to the Sells. After a brief awkward moment, we became fast friends with me swooning over their beautiful Monaco. If you are looking for an upgrade, I can tell you that you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! This is a magnificent coach that has been beautifully maintained over the years. Don’t let the opportunity pass you by.
  4. Update on this. By a miracle, was able to locate a "new" (not newly built but had never been installed) lift from Lift It. Had it installed and suffered a new failure. Where as this unit is now mechanically sound, the computer module for it is problematic. It appears to have a part number of LI-IES-D-701 with a possible prefix of 2 26 08. I am now searching high and low to find a replacement module, although my initial looking has brought up nothing. Any suggestions on where to look would be greatly appreciated. Shawn
  5. RESOLUTION! Okay, after lots of back and forth, digging and sorting, I have discovered the issue. In an interesting turn of events, I ended up having two failures. The initial failure was of the "brain" a module for the GPS navigation system from Kenwood. This module controlled much more than just the navigation; it handles the camera video feed (for the front screen ONLY) and more. As the system was suffering multiple failures, it made sense to simply "upgrade". I have since installed a Kenwood DNX775RVS and I can say, if you enjoy technology this is a great system! I am very very very happy with it. My bluetooth phone calls are better, I have an unlimited music selection (coming from my phone) and an RV based navigation system. Additionally, it integrates with my other systems to an extent. Would definitely recommend the DNX775RVS!
  6. Super, thank you Frank! I have found a place local that sells Parker fittings and such. They are closed now, but I will be there first thing tomorrow morning. Oh how I hope this works!!! Thank you again!
  7. How would I cap it? More so, is it possible (assuming that only the Right Rear slide line is leaking) to cap that slide, and bring in the open slide with the hydraulic system? I hope I am explaining that as I intend. If I can, I'd like to let the coach bring the slide in. I'm hoping only one line is leaking, and that slide is already retracted. Thank you.
  8. Thank you for this schematic. I don’t even know where I’m at with updating....but here’s the current situation. If I crawl into the closet (I have the Yorkshire IV floorplan) and look forward I can see a conduit on the outside of the right rear slide. When any button is pressed to move a slide that conduit gushes with fluid. Is it possible to isolate/lock off that hydraulic line, refill the reservoir, and bring in the left front slide? If I can do that, I can drive the coach to an authorized service center. They’ve been attempting to help troubleshoot as well, but they really need the coach their to work on it. I don’t blame them.
  9. At this point I’ve placed a call for a service tech. Well, actually I had called earlier for a technician, but continued to tinker. I was able to see hydraulic fluid gushing out of a conduit behind the slide in the bedroom....only visible by crawling into the closet. So I know the line is “damaged” somewhere in the conduit. I can’t get to it enough because the slide is in. I can’t get the slide out with two adult males. I will admit, I’m unable to fix this. Sadly it ruined the COVID escape little get away planned, but so be it. I’m glad at least that I was able to deduce what I did. Thank you for your help.
  10. Apparently mine as well! Great, thank you. I’ve gained access. And loosened the screws....but myself and another adult haven’t been able to budge the slide yet.
  11. Thank you for that. Makes sense. In further diagnosing I’ve discovered a hydraulic leak. I can see where the fluid is gushing out. I do not know where the hydraulic pump is. Does anyone know?
  12. HELP! I'm supposed to be hitting the road with friends for a few days of RVing. I wanted to open the RV (2009 Monaco Dynasty) for easy loading. Three of my slides opened just fine. The bedroom passenger slide out does not want to open. It makes a sound, almost like a gushing sound but does not move. I cannot tell exactly where the sound is coming from. I don't see any visible fluid leaks...but also not sure I'm looking in the right areas. I'm attempting to check fuses and such, but again not sure exactly where to look. Also, I appear to have power to all other systems. Engine and Chassis batteries are charged and the generator is running, and supporting the full electrical load of the coach. Thanks for any suggestions.
  13. Hello, I'm looking for a few ideas. I have a 2009 Monaco Dynasty, just purchased a month ago. It has both a pilot and co-pilot GPS system, which I was very happy about. When I was doing the paperwork the previous owner had his technician working on a few things....I had asked a question about the sound system. At any rate, after he tinkered (unfortunately I did not realize it until later) the driver GPS system is non-functioning. It is the Kenwood OEM option. All other functions operate, radio, CD, etc., but not the GPS. In fact, now the icon for GPS is simply gray. I can change the video input on that system to be the video output of the passenger system...but annoying to have to program the GPS on the passenger seat and simply watch it on the driver seat. Any thoughts of things to try or look for? Thanks!
  14. Thank you very kindly for the suggestion. I just reached out to Smith Richards Inc. to inquire if that is something they could handle. Thank you!
