Aqua hot ahe-100e..
Hey guys anyone ever have a diesel fuel leak at the fuel inlet elbow. See picture below. Leaks pretty good when running so I shut it down till I get it fixed. Just wondering if its maybe a pump or a seal.
Not the fitting that was dry and tight for the most part.
Thanks
Also looks like they posted upside down my apologies. You can see residual fuel on the floor.

Yes
Could be a few thing's
Pull your burner motor and see what's leaking.
When I purchased mine, someone had stripped the nuts threads on the banjo fuel lines to the pump and created a leak.
Misfiring will create a leak.
Check your fuel pump and connections.
Mine was in dire strates back then, 15 years ago.
So I sent the burner to Roger Burk for a complete re build and a great education 👍
$800 & a 3 day turn around time.
Several great youtubes available also.
Thanks man! How do I find this roger burk? Lol

Was using mine this weekend and noticed fuel dripping out through. Drain hose.... yup shut that thing down real quick. Anyone ever have a fuel leak b4.. gotta tear into it when I get home.
I agree about the access. The storage compartment has a slide door that gives full access on my 2000 signature

Yaaaa... I just went through this man. It's not pretty up there. I have a 2000 signature That the previous owner installed 2 satellite dishes so I just went through all the coax And audio visual cables, Trying to make sense of it all as to why there was 4 COax cables coming to 1TV. Above all that foam manufacturers legit have knots which is not intentionally done but just from all the cables and romex being ran..
My advice is do your best to use some fish tape and possibly be able to run a new line. But do not pull as you may unintentionally pull on some 110volt..
I hope mine was the only 1 like this and others were done real nicey nice.

What is a Hughes system

Legit had this issue with my hydraulic Fluid... reservoir tank said aw46 manual said DeX 3. All the responses and opinions I got said just match fluid color. AW46 is a clear light Brown..10w 40 oil would be dark Brown. Dex 3 is red light pink.

Next to gen on ours is the air fill no check valve. But the air from the air compressor is not ran through the air dryer so drain them tanks.

Sorry I can't help but these coaches are like porcelain dolls.. There are a lot of smart people on here that will help. Kind of curious to see what the issue was though..
You will get it fixed someone on here will help try to leave a resolution in the comments.

My propane line clogged as well. Had to use compressed air with the ends open to blow em out. Big chunk of dirt flew out. Works great now.
The click Sounds like yours is closing on you though.

Should be big grey and black canister at the top of the engine bay right at the front. I have a 2000 sig 500 hp that's where mine is.

Kind of dumb question, but did you have the Aqua-Hot zone fans on?, and have you tried closing and reopening the zone valves?

Intersting.. I thought the fan speeds were automatic.
Have not tried cycling the valves. Tomorrow when I go back that may be an option.

Thanks guys!!! Vito what rocker switch needs to be on?
-
I didnt have a manual so thanks, I didnt try it on diesel yet that's next. Both thermostats were on set to furnace. It was blowing and getting warm from the engine heat or at least I think it was, then stopped blowing altogether.
Does the engine preheat switch need to be turned on to heat the aqua hot via engine coolant?
-
I didnt have a manual so double thanks!
-
It has a aqua hot, so it should of kept blowing which is why I'm confused.
-
I pulled my coach out of storage today after a pretty solid pretrip I got are going down the interstate to warm her up.
My question is when driving down the road and switching the thermostat to furnace it should use the engine heat to heat the aqua hot which in turn heats the coach correct?
It's 34゚ here the coach never really got above 180 Degrees going down the road. When I turned the thermostats to furnace lukewarm air was blowing out of the vents for a while.
Then everything just stopped no cold air no warm air blowing out of events is that more of a blower problem or thermostat issue. The coach never really warmed up to temperature so I don't think they shut off As desired temperature was never reach.
Why did it stop blowing?
-
Wow. I just got mine. Thats a bummer. I guess I have to do the whole state in the next 2 years.
But like how do even test pressure emission diesels? Do they just start it up and go " yup its smokey".

So weird. I'm in the same boat, interested to hear other peoples experiences. I also rented a car but on the last trip it was close to $350 for a week. Now I just want to trailer our small cross over..
Great timing / post!
