  1. Yeah the draw on the batteries. You’ll need to unplug it for sure when not in use.

Yes you can ask to move it. It’s been really vague as to what exactly happens. I Haven’t seen any instructions or how too. You just tell Starlink you are moving.

  2. So, I’m not sure, but my AC belt is different than the serpentine belt.

The serpentine belt will fit over the fan, the compressor belt will not. It’s like an old s school V-belt, about 18-20” in diameter. I believe I have to get the fan off. Here’s a pic, wish my engine was this easy to get to and clean. Oh the side Rads, why did they go away?

Let me know if I’m off base. I’m late and work and not following along very well

    thanks!

  3. Hit the scales in the way back from DMV.

    Front: 8450

    Rear: 18450

Was towing a 6/10 trailer and full Diesel, full fresh, and about 1/4 on Grey and Black.

I was able to drop the fronts down to 95 PSI based on tire chart.

My question, how “close” the the weight/PSI should I get? A few hundred pounds over, or quite a bit more?

  4. Someone with more experience can vouch on rivets. Galvanic (I believe that’s the word) can occur when using dissimilar metals, ie steel with aluminum. Given the age of the coach, it might not be a big deal as it seems there tends to be other forces at work behind the walls and under the floors.

As for polish, if it’s a single stage paint, and I would believe it is, TR3 resin glaze is hard to beat to bring back shine and remove oxidation. But again, someone who owns one would know the paint for sure.

  5. Indeed. The good stuff takes training. In order to offer a “warranty” they have to ensure it was applied properly.

My F250 took 3 days alone. Had multiple coats of a certain product line and it has to cure between coats. It’s on thick, in fact it’s very smooth that little to no orange peel is present.

On all our rigs coated, no soap with wax, or quick wax can be used. It clogs the coating.

  6. Little more done:

Took out old Microwave. New one vents a little different, so had to build 2” base to push it out.

Had a good friend paint the Lower Cabinets. Reinstalling the sink cabinet. No shut offs for the water, so added some. Built a frame for drawer in sink cabinet. And new faucet

    It was crazy

    Stop and go

    Lane changes

We  all were lucky to survive.

The I 75, I 71 bridge is under major construction.

All traffic is being re routed.

East and West around downtown Cincinnati now.

No, I m not saying he was driving to fast.

This picture was taken after a long stop and go ,lane changing time.

Sunday evenings are bad enough on this stretch across the Ohio River.

Gotcha, I can’t imagine changing lanes much. Thank God for good GPS that get me in the right lane ahead of time

  8. Yeah, once I saw the boxed frame inside I knew I was ok to go.

I did the vent on our 5th wheel last year, no hole, no sticker to tell me where to drill. That one was really nerve wracking
