  1. Frank also saved me from having a $12-15k replacement of all the injectors in my coach that a service center was recommending. There is such a wealth of information in this group and the members are all so helpful. So thankful to be a part of this group and hope someday I can pay it forward.
  2. Motox I have the same mirror/camera setup and the same issue. My curb side works but the road side does not. I am wondering how it can be tested to see if it is a bad camera, monitor or connection. I have checked every connection I could find, unplugged and plugged them back with no change. Let me know if you find solutions and I will keep you updated if I make any progress. I also have a problem with the rear monitor in the bedroom. It blinks on and off almost like a bad connection but have not been able to make it work. Daryl Back to your question, as far as brand, I am not home where I can look at the make of mirror on mine but as soon as I can I will get back to you on that.
  3. Jim it does look like my window from the outside view but I haven’t went any further than pulling off the panel and looking in. In next week or so I am going to go ahead and pull the seat out so I can get to it. I wasn’t able to see in there very good but looked like there was a plastic barrier before you get to the window. Is that a moisture Barrier? How does that come out? Is it possible to get it out and be able to replace it. Probably stupid questions but is my first time working on something like that. Thanks for your reply and info Daryl
  4. Has anyone had experience working on the power window? Mine goes down fine but when it is coming up the window seems to shift in the frame some which causes it to bind up and stop. I can grab the top of the window and shift it slightly rearward and it will work. It seems like maybe the lower part of the frame may be loose allowing the window to shift some on it's way up. I pulled off the panel below the window and looked but there is a clear plastic barrier preventing me from getting to the lower track so I did not go any further. I have tried track lube and it will help temporarily but then it happens again usually at the most inconvenient time like at a toll booth. Daryl

  6. I had one of my lenses break also and have been looking for those lights but haven't found them. You don't happen to have a product number for that light from Amazon do you?
  7. I would definitely be interested in purchasing some, most all of mine gone. I do not have access to 3D printing
  8. Doug, How was the experience with Fantasy RV Tours to Alaska?
  9. Thank You so much for the info I will talk to them tomorrow and see what has been checked. I will also ask for the Cummins EIF file. They said the DPF was damaged so I okayed they replace it but I did not ok replacing the injectors. The mobile tech did mention the actuator but the shop has not mentioned that. If I try to make it back to NC is there possibility of damaging something more? I have people there that I could trust.
  10. Hey Frank I am having all sorts of problems. I think you responded to my question on wiring schematic. I was on my way from Grand Junction Co to Colorado Springs and the caution light came on that the coach was trying to do a DPF regen. It stayed on and after pulling a steep grade it was still on. I stopped and read about it in the manual. The manual stated that it was trying to regen but unable to. It said that if the stop engine light came on I would need to immediately stop. Sure enough in about 10 miles the stop engine light came on. I ended up on the side of the road calling a mobile mechanic. He hooked his computer and forced a regen. He advised that I get it checked at Trans West in Fountain Co. They said the DPF had been breached and it was due to over fueling. Said I needed all new injectors and DPF. I told them J wanted to do the least I could to get me back home to NC. They said I would at least need to replace the DPF or it would come back on and defame the engine. The 2009 Dynasty only has 60k miles so wonder why it would need injectors. Code said exhaust temp got up to 1650 degrees. Any input appreciated. I am going also include pictures of the codes the mobile tech found. Also will include the estimate from Trans West. Thanks Daryl
  11. Frank, thanks for responding to my post. Here is a picture of the front bay. Daryl Thanks Tom, I just sent Frank a picture of the run bay so I will know which system I have.
  12. Thanks Tom, I tied the search but must not have done it properly or put in the correct words. My bad will try to do better in future. Appreciate this site and the info you guys share. I know it must take a lot of work to keep it going. Thanks Again, Daryl
  13. 2009 Monaco Dynasty 43’. Does anyone know where I might find the Freon refrigerate capacity for the Chassis AC on my Dynasty?
  14. Thanks Frank I appreciate your response. I think we have sorted it out.
  15. On the road and having some issues with the chassis electrical system. Brought it to Trans West Truck and RV repair. They tell me that they can’t do anything because they don’t have access to schematics of the chassis electrical system. My Mtrhome is a 2008 Monaco Dynasty 43. Does anyone know where I might get access to system schematics?
  16. Has anyone towed an AWD 2016 Lincoln MKX? Lot of conflicting information about this car and whether it is towable or not. Thanks for any input. Daryl
  17. Need to replace the pull down shade on the driver's side. The spring is broke. Anyone have a source for a replacement shade?
  18. PWhittle, I have a 2009 Dynasty with the three piece mirrors and the side view cameras are mounted in the lower portion of the mirror. My left side camera is not working. I have checked all connections I can find and all seems good. Are there replacements and a way to replace those cameras that are mounted in the mirrors that you are aware of? 19. The coach goes where i steer it but if it is wondering off in one direction it takes a lot of rotation of the steering wheel to correct and sometimes over corrects so I am fighting it back and forth. It is like when it wonders to the right it is hard to bring it back straight the correction makes it go left? Would not think it is component wear as the coach only has 35k miles on it. It had a front end alignment performed prior to my purchase. I found the paperwork and it looked good. May need to do the Watt's first before changing out the steering box? I will try that Chargerman. Thanks for the input. Is yours a tag? How did you detect the rear axle alignment problem? Got new tires on my coach. Yea I am not sure why the Shepherd box but that was about the time Monaco was starting to have financial problems I think, from what I have read.
  20. There is quite a bit of free play in the steering. If it starts wonder off in one direction it takes a significant amount of turn to get it directed back straight. my home has tag axle and i guess the RS 10 chassis. What Chargerman said about loose steering not causing the wandering makes since but when it starts to wonder it takes a lot of steering wheel rotation to correct so that is why I was thinking a steering box change is in order. It may be prudent to do the Watt's Link first and see if stopping the wonder would be what is needed. The coach only has about 35K miles so I wouldn't think there would be a lot of suspension component wear. That may be my best path also. I may do the front Watt's first and then if not corrected address the box? Thanks for the reply
  21. Have wondering issue with my Monaco and am looking to replace the steering box as I have heard that is the only fix. Has anyone changed out the M110 Shepherd box to a TRW box and if so what TRW replacement number did you find that worked. I spoke with the people at Weller Truck and they have a replacement number for the box and Pittman arm for the M100 but not the M110. They do not recommend replacing the M110 box with the the same box that replaces the M100 as the M110 is larger and more powerful. Would appreciate any feedback.
