anything is possible if you have the knowledge and tools 🙂

If the relay is simply soldered to a PCB board, then unsolder it and clean the board and solder a new one on.

How do you know it's the relay that is bad?

Making that determination is the harder part.  replacing it is the easy part.

When you remove the board to replace the relay, check the printed circuit runs leading to the relay. I have had the AC go inop and when I went to replace the relay the high current of the AC  had caused the solder connections on the relay to fail and burn the copper runs.
