Generator shuts down

Hi all,

I have a Cummins/Onan 7500 diesel generator that runs for 23 to 30 minutes and then shuts down. the code is 36. I have had the fuel pump and fuel filter changed along with new air filter.  I have both air conditioners running. Could it be I have too much load on generator?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On our 12.5 I would check the fuel actuator and its 2 wires for connection issues. The actuator itself could be getting bad too.. it just unscrews and you can check the plunger for free movement. Ours is Isuzu engine so it may be different. Code 36 could have many causes unfortunately, an engine shutdown without the controller commanding it.

Part of the trouble shooting is what does it take to start back up. Reprime fuel system by holding the STOP end of the switch? Just time? How long? Have you tried running on only one AC? New to us MH. Have Code 36 shutdown on 7.5 gen and I will be investigating later today. Only 211 hours on generator but changing oil, air and fuel filter.
