I have a 1995 (built in 1994) Executive with a Cummins C8.3 engine.  The power steering pump is leaking and I am advised by the repair shop that the pump cannot be repaired. I am looking for a new or a rebuilt pump. Unfortunately, the tag which had the part numbers identifying the pump is missing.  I believe that the mid to late 1990s  Dynastys, Executives and Signatures that used the 300 hp C8.3 engine used the same power steering pump. I am hoping that one of you will have the part number of the pump or know where I can find it.

Thanks for your hope.

I posted in another thread about the possibility of an electrically driven power steering unit.  Probably not feasible . . . ..  ?

I would want to know more about why the pump cannot be rebuilt.  Is it because they do not know how, or that the pump has severe internal damage.

Most of these older pumps were well built and just need a new seal kit.
