RVA Jacks” “Automatic JII Leveling System“ Repair/Service Recommendations

Looking for repair service recommendations on the West Coast.
Our “RVA Jacks” “Automatic JII Leveling System” HYDRAULIC leveling jacks (3 Jack system) have quit working on our 1998 Monaco Signature.

(Jacks are up, but won’t go down, buttons don’t work) Red “Power Button” lights up, but other buttons don’t function when pressed. Everything worked fine, then for an unknown reason, all stopped working with jacks in the “retracted position” (up).

Hey Karl, so i dont have your style jacks mine are HWH LEVELERS, however one day my panel did the same thing, so i found my hydrolic pump and there was a 6wire plug connection that looked a little iffy so i unplugged it and wire brushed the exposed terminils then reconnected it👍 they have been good eversince

Grote makes a really good connector grease for waterproofing light sockets.  It's also great for connectors to prevent corrosion.

They have a great troubleshooting section and you can also text them with questions. They helped me a lot when I had issues with my jacks ( multiple issues).
