jacwjames
Do you have any indication of a boiler tube failure, yellowish powder under fridge. When my fridge started to fail I was able to reset the black box a couple times with a magnet but the last time no luck. Looked closer and saw the powder, unplugged the fridge and quit using. We had a small dorm type fridge I used in the short term but ultimately replaced the Norcold with a Samsung FR18.

Dr4Film
Sounds to me like the magic black box is not the culprit but rather something else in your control system. The code you listed above (li op code) (does not show up in the Norcold 1200 Service Manual. It would help if you posted the actual code that shows up on your display versus what you posted. Dr4Film
Thanks, lots of information on the Internet regarding that specific code. Surprised that it is not listed in their manual.
