  1. You might try this website - here is the url address' 2001 Monaco Price, 2001 Monaco Values & 2001 Monaco Specs | J.D. Power (jdpower.com) Click on your model and then I think you have to enter your zip code. Diane
  2. Thanks Larry, all very good information to know beforehand. Someone else warned about not going thru Arkansas. And good to know about I12 instead of I10. Thank you for your input. This group is great with such knowledgeable people on board willing to share. Diane
  3. Thanks Lee, All of that is very helpful information for sure. Won't travel I80 for the reasons you listed. Just a question on diesel, are there different types of diesel that are dispensed on the truckers lanes compared to the vehicle lanes? Diane
  4. Thinking of alternate, has anyone gone the route from Portland, Boise, Salt lake and then Provo down to Green River, UT, Moab and then to Gallup. Just wondering how that route is. Diane
  5. I want to thank everyone for all your responses. Some very good advice given on routes, running a/c, night driving, Trip WIzard etc. Thank you one and all. Diane
  6. I am going to be traveling from Portland to Florida. I would like to hear from someone who has done both routes to compare for me the elevations and grades on these two. First question. One route would be from Portland, via 84 thru Boise thru Ogden via 80 thru Laramie and Cheyenne on and on from there. The other route would be from Portland down I5 thru Death Valley, then via I40 Kingman, Albuqurque and Oklahoma City.I would like to compare which may be a better route for motorhome based on grades and elevations. Don't care about distance variance. Now the weather seems to be a consideration as well - everywhere - HOT HOT HOT. Guess we will be traveling at night. Second question, I just saw on Pilot two types of diesel shown - diesel #2 and auto diesel. Can someone explain the difference?? I still have the original lift pump. Am I going to have other kinds of diesel in other states?? I have only put in diesel here in CA.Thanks for any help.--Diane2004 DP
  7. I think Dr4Film is correct, that there was only two options for that coach. Here is a link to the original Brochure for the Dynasty which may help with this and other items as well in case you don't already have it. https://www.monacocoach.com/resources/media/user/1476904469_brc_pdf.pdf Diane
  8. I had my pump replaced back in 2014 and it was 10 hours at $125/hour at that time. I think it depends on how accessible everything is. Each motorhome is a little different and a lot of shops do charge more to work on motorhomes. Just the way it is. Diane
  9. I was at a tire place recently to get a quote on Michelin tires and was told there were none and it was anywhere from 2-4 mos delivery. I believe that since it was reported that LA Harbor which unloads 40% of all US goods two weeks ago had 60 ships waiting to unload and a week later it was up to 73 ships. The article stated they did not have enough people to unload nor enough truckers. It is not getting any better. Morale of the story, if you need tires, plan on waiting for them. Diane

  11. Dennis, All my setting are checked both email and notifications and automatically follow and Method is a notification when new content is posted. Is there something else I need to check? Diane
  12. I have the same question as I only receive the first post. Diane 2004KSDP
  13. To Dr 4Film, And this might be a dumb question, but just what would be the purpose of a poll?? ??? You no longer have Yahoo and if you don't like what has been built to replace it, perhaps you should go and create your own website. I think they have done a great job!!! Just my two cents worth, Diane Sorry, I many have directed my comments to the wrong person. So to whoever wanted to take a poll, that is who I am commenting to, Sorry if I offended anyone, DIane
  14. There was no sound when I viewed it. The comments on the You Tube page from the poster of the video stated: "My Netgear Air Card 815S was showing SIM Not Detected with any SIM Card I tried. Decided to take it apart and check if I can find the problem. Turned out one connector was loose. Re-soldered and it's as good as new. Took a little video and some pictures of the assembling process. Hope it will help soomeone." Diane
  15. Here is one suggestion from You Tube if you are handy. Maybe it will fix the problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hodV_rjXQJY Diane
