  1. FWIW, I have not seen many 93 Monaco CRSS coach owners on this site. I hope someone who has one will chime in and help.
  2. You have the Roadmaster S Series Chassis, not the RR8R which is a "raised rail" chassis. www.monacocoach.com/resources/media/user/1469133911_brc_pdf.pdf
  3. I forgot to add from the drivers seat. All this took place in year 2000.
  4. I installed the Safe-T-Plus on my 1998 Dip. The main problem with that system is that there is no way to trim the system to road surface crown from the drivers seat. Not all roads are straight and level so I was fighting the road surface by constantly having to adjust the steering wheel. As far as I was concern I was still fighting the road surface after spending a lot of money on a device that would not adjust to road surface.
  5. Gunk would accumulate in the drain lines. I used a 12 inch thin tie wrap to clean out the clog once a month. Something to add to your PM list.
  6. The Murphy's law in your coach is your "salesman switch". Do yourself a favor by bypassing it.
  7. I agree 1000%. But, there are folks who love to live on the cutting edge of a knife.
  8. There were dips and loops in the drain hoses on my 2004 Windsor. There is also a plastic one way valve at the bottom of the hose to keep critters out. Any dip or loop in the hose will cause it not to drain.
  9. The Aladdin system consists of modules or components that are tied together via RS485 data busses. Any corrupt data from modules or components can cause your camera to display jumping lines. You need to remove each module or component one by one until the jumping lines go away.
  10. Which ever toad braking system you use, make sure it is a proportional system, that applies the same braking amount to the toad that the coach has. You need to have the feature to turn off the toad braking if you are in 10 mph bumper traffic. That way you use the coach brakes to stop saving wear on the toad brakes.
  11. Google trailer light kits. You will find several kits that do not require you to use the wiring on your toad. Easy install.
  12. Do yourself a favor and spring for a manual flush toilet with a sprayer wand. Easy maintenance. About $150.00 give or take a few dollars.
  13. They can be found on the parts list. That list can be downloaded from the download section.
  14. The campground has a defective power company transformer feeding the campground. The local power company needs to replace their transformer.
  15. Working with dead batteries can be hazardous to your being. Trying to charge them might cause them to Explode. Replace all the batteries in that battery bank because weak batteries will cause the new ones to discharge sooner.
  16. Several members had the film removed and went to a shop that sprays pick up truck bed spray. It comes in many colors. Easy to keep clean.
  17. I do not understand the need to get rid of wires and connectors that are just laying in a location. Sometimes it's best to let a "sleeping dog" lie.
  18. IMO, there are too many variables to deal with while driving down a road. Side wind, head wind, and tail wind. Of course those variables change with each curve in the road.
  19. I had one installed on my 1998 Dip. It was not worth the money spent.
  20. Your post is the first post I have seen on this site about a propane generator in years. Since you have had success with yours, I would recommend that you take it to a Cummins authorized distributorship dealer for servicing. They will be able to get it up and running. The work that they perform is warranted and is good at any other distributor dealer in the US. That way you can rely on your generator when you need it. www.cummins.com/locations
  21. FWIW, My 1998 Dip came with a propane generator. It was a pain in the petut. I ended up changing it out for a Onan diesel genset. The biggest problem was finding a diesel cradle to replace the propane cradle. A fork lift is needed to take the propane generator out, replace the cradle and install the diesel genset. You will also need to install a diesel fuel line and the return line if the diesel tank is located between the 2 main rails. I recommend letting a Onan dealer perform the switch out.
  22. Is the genset set up to run off liquid or gas propane? If it is set up to run off gas propane you will have issues. Set it up to run off liquid propane.
  23. All it takes is one bad apple to ruin the rest. https://rvbusiness.com/overnight-rv-parking-at-walmarts-in-jeopardy-due-to-lawsuit/
