vito.a
One of the IRV2 members (Mike) replaced all of his heater and Aqua Hot hoses with high qualty silicone hose and stainless clamps. You'll have to read through the thread as there are lots of pages. https://www.irv2.com/forums/showthread.php?t=237276
vito.a
Mike said some of the hose runs were a two person job so his son helped him. He installed a cutoff valve to isolate the engine in case of hose failure. Mike Z also has a You Tube channel with some great motor home repair videos. Hypoxia
My 2007 may be different, I did it myself and didn't think it was difficult. You can either put an inline hose connector on and pull it through or if it is zip tied/clamped, which mine was I just fished it through. I used 5/8" red heater hose, the High Temperature hose.
trailmug
Any fancy considerations for burping the AH engine coolant loop? I thought I remembered a forum member having difficulty with engine heat transfer after having the hoses replaced.
