  1. I think that Bob meant the voltage rating of the contacts, not that he was considering using a 120V supply.
  2. “Got my captains chairs recovered with Ultraleather by Lisa Bauer.”
  3. Hi Gary, It’s ok, even on Welsh mountain roads, though it can be a little scary as I skim past hedgerows with tree branches hidden from sight by new leaf growth. I do prefer motorway (freeway) journeys as the RV gives much better fuel economy.
  4. Hi, a streamed movie is “Data”. We full time in our RV in the U.K. and only have cellular data, which works perfectly for streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and programs. Your only issue would be the amount of data allowed by your package; we have unlimited for £17.50/month.
  5. I replaced mine with Rose joints and stainless steel threaded rod.
  6. It’s quite easy to use a domestic thermostat to control the furnace, when we suffered from a problem that wouldn’t allow our CCC2 to see the zone with our furnace (water in RJ11), I used a simple room thermostat with isolated contacts to turn the furnace on. The furnace is switched on by simply connecting the 2 blue wires that run from the A/C unit PCB together, this is easily accomplished at the furnace end.
  7. Truma is a big in Europe, selling heating and now cooling products to caravan and motorhome manufacturers in Europe.
  8. Good idea, the last thing you need is a hole in the roof.
  9. As the OP has stated aerometer as opposed to Anemometer, unless he has made a typo, those things are completely different. As there appears to be a one way valve installed, could this be an attic vent or tank vent of some type?
  10. Your aquahot furnace will only be controlled by one thermostat, as you mentioned earlier, it seems to be controlled by the bedroom thermostat which has 2 zones available. Zone 1 will control 1 A/C unit, zone 2 will control a further A/C unit plus the furnace. The second thermostat will control a 3rd A/C.
  11. Heat the old one upon a gas job until it glows red then let it cool naturally, it is now annealed and reusable.
  12. You might need to change some dip switches as daisy chained A/C’s need a switch setting in each so that the thermostat knows how many zones there are.
  13. Penguin 2 installation and dip switch configuration.
  14. See the attached photo of the CCC2 manual.
  15. The selling dealer came out and replaced the A/C unit. According to him, the missing bracket was due to a change of schematics. Apparently units with heat pumps are not affected as the pipe runs are shorter and don’t vibrate to the same extent.
  16. We had a brand new one fail within a week on our Cedar Creek Champagne. When the engineer examined it he noticed that a bracket had been omitted on a long pipe between the compressor and condenser. He stated that he had replaced several new units suffering from the same manufacturing defect.
  17. A network cable should have no effect on the device it’s plugged into as long as the cable is not faulty. Do you have another cat5 or cat6 cable?
  18. I assume that you are plugging the PL1200 into one of the Yellow Lan ports?
  19. There is a replacement for the Dometic comfort control 1 and 2, which is touch button and I believe has timer functions for A/C and Heating, along with Bluetooth. Check on this forum, it’s about $240. Micro-Air thermostat: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PJZG6L4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_PCZE97HHK1RFS321M1DR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
  20. I thought that an extend-a-stay was to allow for an external propane bottle, and as a secondary function, the connection of high pressure gas appliances; that’s what it does on my 2000 Diplomat anyway. BTW it does the 1st perfectly (47KG bottle).
  21. We have an Insignia OTR microwave fitted into a kitchen slide. The unit is hung from a sheet of MDF that is screwed to the slide ceiling with additional support from being latched into a metal bracket at the rear.
