    If you look at the above image, you can see a small red triangle, and on the left of the knob the number 4, while to the right, number 1 is just visible. I the attached photo the tempering valve is set at 3 (curtesy of Aquahot).

    I had the same problem with one on my 2000 Diplomat, try lubricating the shaft bearings on the A/C fan, it fixed mine.

    A friend of mine bought one directly from the Chinese manufacturer, and even including shipping to the U.K. it was a fraction of the Cummins price.

    I had to replace several on my 2000 Diplomat, they all came black, which I sprayed bony colour to match the original paint.

    I had a similar problem with my 2000 Diplomat. A mobile guy managed to pull out enough slack under the door side wheel to allow him to cut off the damaged pipe (about 1 foot) put on a new end and then add back the missing piece, all was well for about 3 months until the same (pressure) pipe gave up at the pump end. The replacement pipe was run under the angle iron supporting the lockers as it was impossible to run anything, through the frame rails, or remove the failed pipe.

    Having had experience of some of Furrions other products, and If they are as reliable as their cooker tops and ovens, I would give them a miss!

    I live in the U.K. and had a similar problem with my 2000 Diplomat. I took it to a local garage with welding facilities, they welded on a length of angle iron and then applied underseal. Apparently the outrigger supports and associated metal work are not regarded as chassis members in the U.K. obviously that could be different in the USA. Try a small shop with welding facilities and remember to remove both positive and negatives from BOTH battery banks.

    I just did a search on eBay.com for the magnetron shown in your photo, it’s only $65.00, for an original sharps unit.

    I believe that the strut will be fully extended when the door is at 90 degrees, and that internal strut pressure will prevent the wind closing the door.

    Could water ingress have caused the floor to swell where it mounts to the steel frame, effectively making it lean back when extended? I had a similar situation on my Cedar Creek 5th wheel bedroom slide, where a leak into a locker on the outside of the slide caused a swollen floor and a 1/2” gap at the top of the slide when fully extended.

    If you plug your spare CCC into the cable going from the middle A/C to the 3rd A/C and perform a reset it should find the missing zone. If it does not find the zone, either the phone cable is faulty or the module in the A/C is faulty. If you plug a spare phone cable (4 wire) into the 3rd A/C unit and perform the reset again it should either: work and prove the existing link cable is faulty or not work and prove the A/C control module is at fault. My Penguin 2s had water in the tub that the connectors were laid in.

    I bought one of these off EBay, (though there are other suppliers) and fitted a 1” to 3/4” adapter. Even if the bladder fails, replacements are available for not a lot. They also do smaller sizes. peter

    The “controller” in the pump is only a pressure switch.

    I think that Bob meant the voltage rating of the contacts, not that he was considering using a 120V supply.

    Hi Gary, It’s ok, even on Welsh mountain roads, though it can be a little scary as I skim past hedgerows with tree branches hidden from sight by new leaf growth. I do prefer motorway (freeway) journeys as the RV gives much better fuel economy.

    Hi, a streamed movie is “Data”. We full time in our RV in the U.K. and only have cellular data, which works perfectly for streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and programs. Your only issue would be the amount of data allowed by your package; we have unlimited for £17.50/month.
