  1. You are welcome from all of us here. We all are able to learn from the forum.
  2. X2, but I use that block for my solar and it charges both sets of batteries (house & chassis) (700 watts) It does go to your solar controller. I replaced my stock controller with a Victron 100/50 controller. Tim
  3. This video will show you where the board in located on the A/C. Just make sure the furnace dip switch is on. It's only four screws to take the top off the A/C.
  4. The earlier post shows the board that is located on the A/C unit on the roof. The back A/C must be correct as you have the furnace working. I highly doubt the front A/C would be wrong unless it has been changed out. If that is the case there will be a dip switch marked Furnace. Make sure it is on.
  5. Is this coach new to you? Has the furnace shown up before on the thermostat?
  6. I'm sorry, That's all I have. You can try cleaning the phone jack plugs on the thermostat but I doubt that is the problem. You might try resetting your Aqua Hot and then reset the thermostat again. AHE-100-02S Service Manual Rev. B 9-27-2011.pdf AHE-100-02S_Parts_Manuals_Rev_B.pdf AHE-100-02SAqua-HotOwnersManual05-02.pdf
  7. Turn off the power switch on the bottom of the thermostat. Hold both the top and bottom buttons in at the same time with one hand and turn it back on with the other. Let go of the buttons and you should see FF in the screen if it reset correctly. Then go through your modes to find the Furness. Let me know if that works. Tim
  8. Not sure, That's all I have, someone else with more knowledge is going to have to chime in.
  9. I don't know how to check for codes on your coach. Can you look down from your closet and make sure the Pac-brake is not engaged? or did it have good power up until this happened?
  10. Are all of your engine parameters good? Temp, engine and Trans, oil pressure? Did you check for codes?
  11. If you have an access panel on top of your dash look at the back of your light switch and make sure it's not melted.
  12. Use this to figure it out. HWH air leveling manul.pdf hwh Service Manual 500 series leveling system.pdf
  13. I would check and clean the contacts for your steering wheel system. If you have a slip ring in your steering wheel like I do that was my problem when the crews kept shutting off
  14. These vibrate so look down in the plumbing below the motor...maybe it just fell off if the screw wasn't tight. You can buy them though. Glad you have it working.
  15. And make sure they are clean. If not clean use scotch brite to clean them
  16. "I just wonder if the Mexican manufactured filters are now inferior to the older American made fleet guards."? I would say yes for at least the threads. Basic machine shop work. Someone/s not paying attention.
  17. When you changed the filter did you fill it with fuel? You may have air in the system.
  18. I have the SeeLevel and I like it. For solar I use a Victron BMV-712. This uses a shunt to measure battery state of charge. The only true way to measure it. For a solar controller I use a Victron 100/50. Tim
  19. The answer is not very well. The inverter is reading battery voltage so if you put a heavy load on the batteries it will shoe them low and recover after a while like you saw. The BMV will always be accurate. If you use the AGS to start and stop your generator have it shut off at 90%. But again, your only guessing measuring batteries state of charge with voltage.
  20. The invert does a poor job of measuring state of charge. You should buy a battery monitor that uses a shunt. This is the only accurate way to measure SOC. Look up a Victron BMV-712, It will be the best thing you ever did for your batteries. Tim
  21. I'm right down the road from you Jim, In Wasta, SD. I will be there in the Bad Lands on Tuesday If your still there we should meet for a cold one. Tim
  22. Had mine done a couple of years ago and they were great! Tim
  23. I have 7.5 and it has 2585 hrs on it. The cold and altitude will effect any diesel. They are not turbo charged so that doesn't help either. My does the same thing in the cold but once it warms up it's clean. If it still will make ratted power after warmed up and not blow smoke it's fine.
  24. I must Have missed it. Banks no longer makes the turbo kit for the 8.3 Cummins. If you enlarge your exhaust to 5" diameter and change to a straight through muffler it will help mileage and maybe a little power. My big power comes from 30-35 psi boost depending on temp.
