How to contact moderators ?

Gary M

Recommended Posts

I posted 4 days ago to hopefully get moderators to help a stranded Monacoer (Tom) who could not sign in to the new site some help. Ive had 60+ views but no replies. I also sent personal emails through this new site to Scotty Hutto and Tom Cherry, hoping maybe they could help. I am not sure if the personal emails worked.

I hope this post get a moderators attention so that he can be helped.
I believe I titled it “Monacoer Stranded on Yahoo Site” but I could be wrong.

Gary,

That site is GONE! There isn't anything on that site as Yahoo has deleted it all, messages, files, photos, etc.

The moderators have for months told members how to get onto our new site where all of the action is now taking place. Unfortunately there will be some members that will be left in the dust most likely to inactivity or if they were only trollers.

If the individual is trying to access the old Monacoers group page there is a link to the new Monacoer.org site.  If he'd only click on the link it would bring him the to new groups.

He trying to access Monacoers.org. He has tried unsuccessfully. Thats why I put his contact info in a post.

Sorry, I read your post that he was stranded on the Monacoers Yahoo site not the Monacoers.org site.

He would have to follow the moderators instructions as to how to sign on to the Monacoers .org site.

How to sign onto the NEW Monacoers.org site, (formally the Monacoeres Yahoo group)

Go to https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Monacoers/conversations/messages  (OR https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Monacoers/info ).....then  to: http://monacoers.org.

Click on the EXISTING USER? SIGN IN tab on the UPPER RIGHT. Do NOT use the BLACK SIGN UP....this is for a NEW member. Remember, your email was already UPLOADED....so you are a MEMBER....but you have NOT completed the process and CHANGED YOUR PASSWORD....Repeat... Do NOT USE the Sign-UP tab (in black).

IF you can't GET IN or SIGNED UP.....the SCROLL to the bottom and use the CONTACT US. A moderator or administrator will get back to you and assist you individually. http://monacoers.org

Yes. I was hoping by posting screen shot of his info that moderators would help him. But after 5 days of no replies from moderators to my post and directly emailing Tom Cherry and Scotty Hutto with also no response, I then posted this one.

Gary,

I live right down the road from Tom.  I sent him a personal email that I would show him how I accessed the system.  But, I never heard back from him.  Feel free to forward my contact info to Tom if he would like me to come on by.

I just got off the phone with Tom McDaniel.  The problem is that his account had an old email address that he no longer used.

I gave him a new password and he should be able to log in tomorrow.   I told him to call me back if he has any issues.
