I had a customer tell me about rvcams.com they offered componits that worked with existing equipment.

I've been looking for this also. Interested to hear if anyone knows of one.  I saw one post on another forum where they cut the wire and reconnected with butt connectors. It worked but not a pretty solution. To that end, any other connector would work.

rvcams offers tech support on whether there is a prewired adapter plug they offer to go from one brand to another. I used them about ten years to replace my broken B&W to a color camera & monitor without having to rerun a cable: Kit = new camera, new monitor and a cable adapter. Very helpful people.
