I am wintering in the Mesa, AZ area and have two windows that have lost their seal and have fogged over. Has anyone tried a repair business in that area that is reliable?

Hey Tom, Dual Pane solutions in Mesa, AZ. We have an appointment tomorrow morning   Presently on the road from Florida. They have great customer service and their pricing is very reasonable.

I’ve used Auto Glass Boss twice in the last five years and found them to be excellent. They are based in Mesa, AZ, but have mobile units.  Had one window done at a rally in Indio, CA five years ago, and one done last year in Yuma, AZ. Both repairs were perfect.

My experience with Glass Boss wasn't good. After first rain water filled the area between the panes. They were not willing to offer a refund and were very indignant. I was a thousand miles from Mesa and wasn't practical to return.

Tom:  When you complete this work could you share the size of the 2 windows and what the cost was and if you where happy with their work.   Will they remove and reseal your existing glass panes or replace them with new glass?

Thanks, Peter

Hi Peter, we are very satisfied with the work and customer service @ Dual Panes Solutions, Mesa ,AZ.  Its best to call them for pricing based on what degree of fogging /etching you might have. They charge $150. / window for removal, de fog reseal glass using a butyl sealer and replace with a non silicone sealer. We do have some etching that is not noticeable on the door window. The horizontal top window does have a very noticeable amount of etching so we opted to have it replaced with dual pane tempered glass. Cost is a $415. We recommend them highly.

OK thanks, I spoke with someone at the facility yesterday. It looks like they have a good process. It's a bit lengthy. She said it's about 10 days total for the driver 2 piece window with the electric roll down.

It doesn't matter to me because I live here.
