t_camper324
2007 Monaco Sig Nobel III Found a periodic water leak that we figure is coming from the kitchen sink(passenger side kitchen). When we fill up the sink to wash dishes and drain the sink, the water will drip(not flood) from the ceiling in the compartment below. We pulled up the floor board under the sink but its dry and we see where the drain goes to the back of the cabinet but can't get to where the drain ends up. Next to that cabinet we have a dishwasher (not using it so not a leak there) and can't see how to remove the drawer. Next to that, we have a small cabinet with a door. Inside is a panel with 4 screws that we removed and also floor is dry and we don't see the sink drain as to how it comes from the sink through the floor. Question then, is where do we look to find out where that drain is going out into the grey water tank? And we went under the center bathroom (1/2 bath)cabinet and the same results, it's dry. timaz996
Look at the flexible hose from your kitchen drain in the slide and all of its connections and 99% chance you will find the leak.
vito.a
I agree with Tim. At the rear of your kitchen slide there should be a concertina folding wood door on the bottom cabinet. In your Noble III, it's just to the rear of Harry's picture in the attached post. Look at the flexible hose inside this cabinet. It's famous for splitting and then draining into the area you described. https://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/kitchen-sink-flexible-drain-hose-replacement-383127.html
Frank Bergamo
One thing that I now do when opening the slide in question is to have the Aqua Hot on for a period of time to warm up the spa/drain hose. It is a lot more flexible when warm, totally hard and brittle when cold. Good luck. 2
t_camper324
Hello all, we followed the directions and there it is and yes its the spa hose/top side. It was a bear getting into that slide panel but my hubby stayed the course, and bingo! On our way to Lowes! We've talked to other RV's about this same issue and they have or had this same issue. Thanks to all who answered our call. This group is priceless-thank you Monaco owners who stick to it and DIY whenever possible. Save that dollar for diesel fuel! Thank you, and happy camping-gotta love it! Chuck/Linda
