  1. AFAIK, the hot and cold fresh water drains should be at a different location normally close to the floor and the drains go through the floor. You should be able to see the drains from under the coach.
  2. Bryan, Look at your service manual on page 1 which has a diagram of the 100-04. It shows the location of the boiler drain valve.
  3. Chances are the solenoid inside the small enclosed box has frozen up. Remove the cover and free up the solenoid. Also, lubricate any moving parts. Condensation builds up inside that box causing any moving parts to rust up and quit working.
  4. Wow! You are one lucky dude! I can't imagine what may have happened if you had not been there to find this failure so quickly. I installed one of those keypads in January 2023 but I had purchased mine from a vendor on eBay. No problems, thank God! Seems to me that there should be at least a one year warranty on the keypad.
  5. I posted last summertime the observations I had made with the sequence of operation of the Aqua-Hot model I now have in my 06 dynasty, 100-04 versus the older 431/12 I had in my previous 02 Windsor. I had discovered that with the 100-04 when parked for an extended time and hooked to 50 amp shore power, the diesel would fire up routinely even though I had the Electric Assist on. I found out that they share the same control thermostat. Whereas, I was accustomed to having both the diesel and electric assist switches on all the time with the 431/12. Needless to say, I now manage the Aqua-Hot switches differently with the 100-04 knowing what I know now.
  6. It could be parted out for a very handsome profit over $500. Don't count on fixing a cracked chassis frame though. One day I was at Josam's in Orlando for work to be done on my previous Windsor when I saw a very nice looking Monaco coach sitting in their parking lot. I asked what was going on with that coach and Barry (service manager) stated that it had rusted cracked frame members which he would not do any welding repairs on it. Reason was he would not guarantee a safe repair legally. The owner had acquired the coach fairly recently back then but then had to deal with his insurance company to see how to dispose of the coach.
  7. That link is only good for people who use Facebook. I do not and will not have a Facebook account. Been there and done that years ago for a few months before deleting my account.
  8. Henderson Line-up Brake & RV in Oregon sells the Safe-T-Plus where you can add on the Super Steer Trimming Unit which basically turns the combined package into what used to be the Howard Steering or Blue-Ox Steering adjustable units. https://supersteerparts.com/product-result/?ymmq=yr_2006~mk_roadmaster-monaco-~md_s-series-8-airbags
  9. It appears that you found a way to access the outdoor entertainment center as the photo shows the door open. Yes, sofas are secured to the floor with bolts.
  10. I thought the sensor was on the bottom of the filter where wiring harness plugs on to. It's that way on the ISC and ISL I belive.
  11. @Frank McElroy will have your answer.
  12. Your Aqua-Hot model should be the same one as mine, the 100-04. It has one control thermostat for both the diesel and the electric. However, it has two separate high limit thermostats, one for the diesel and one for the electric assist. This is explained in the models service manual.
  13. Have you downloaded your wiring diagrams from this site? If not, do so, then look them over carefully for a possible solution.
  14. @zmotorsports Mike, I totally agree! You would be surprised at the number of owners who do not know that the Webasto diesel burner is their primary heat source and the Electric Assist is the secondary heat source. This is stated very early in the owners manual. The Aqua-Hot has a very specific sequence of events with motors, pumps, sensors, relays, control box, etc. that all need to work for the the Aqua-Hot to run correctly. Anyone of them can cause the unit not to run. I highly recommend every owner to sit down and read the entire manual, owners and service manuals, then and only then they will have a better understanding of its operation. I would bet that most owners have not done that, then they post here to get help.
  15. I had a certified Aqua-Hot mobile service technician work on my Aqua-Hot twice in Flagler Beach. He is local to the area. After the second service call, I determined that he had no clue how to fix my Aqua-Hot. That's when I started searching for someone who I could trust. I eventually found the Hitching Post of Ocala and have been going to them ever since.
  16. It will most likely be in the Front Run Bay aka FRB. Look over your electrical schematics to see where its location is or simply probe all of the fuses to see which one has failed. The 2002 Windsor has the fuse at position #31. Wiring diagrams are on the web site under the download section. https://www.monacoers.org/files/file/48-2002-2003-2004-imperial-sceptor-windsor/
  17. I agree with Mikes assessment of the owner, Jay, being a jerk. He thinks he knows more about the Aqua-Hot than the service tech, Butch. However, I have learned how to deal with Jay over the last few years I have been going there. If I want to get into more detail with regards to the Aqua-Hot I always discuss it with Butch.
  18. @vito.a Yes, black smoke is too much diesel and not enough air in diesel engines that are running and consuming diesel. That's why you see OTR truckers with black smoke coming out of their exhaust stacks when they are laying heavy onto their throttle. Or when these four wheel diesel trucks think they are "smokey and the bandits" by peeling out from a stop light. When your Aqua-Hot fails to fire up multiple times it deposits raw diesel into the combustion chamber that has not burnt. Once the Aqua-Hot does fire up it will blow out white smoke until all of the raw diesel has been consumed. The only way to get black smoke from an Aqua-Hot is to first have it running and someone having messed with the adjustment of the air intake chamber which is generally set at the factory,
  19. @FunTripsUSA Ian, call up Hitching Post of Ocala FL and make an appointment with them for service/repair. They are right down the i-75 Freeway about a 3 hour drive from you. They have power to hookup overnight so they can start on your Aqua-Hot first thing in the am. The AH service tech is Butch and he is excellent. It took me years to find a good AH service tech until I found this one. I drive 160 miles round trip to have my AH service there. I wont take it anywhere else, other than possibly a mobile tech in Melbourne FL. But with then I have to pay for a mobile service call in addition to the actual service. 352-629-0756
  20. The white smoke is excess diesel fuel that did not get used or burned. There are a multitude of possible reasons for the Webasto burner not to fire up and default. Some are not even associated with the burner itself. So just replacing the burner may not fix your problem. I would find a GOOD reputable Aqua-Hot technician to do service on the unit to find out exactly what the problem(s) may be. Where are you located?
  21. Don, are you holding the start position of the switch (top) long enough in this cold weather? The colder it is outside the longer you may have to hold it down to get the engine to turn over.
  22. @Martinvz is the 126V a typo error or is that value correct? The reason for my asking is the EMS-HW50C is set to trip off for high voltage at 133 VAC not the 126 VAC that you have posted. I have been on sites with the voltage running around 126 VAC with no problems.
