  1. The blower motor assembly that I installed is PM137.
  2. It was a little bit more than a 6 pack! LOL My buddy is the one in the picture and he isn't a sleep in the picture, just concentrating hard.
  3. I just got done doing my in Aug. I got the complete blower motor assembly with the wheel. This way I know the motor is balance. The wheel will have to come off and reassemble once it’s in the dash. Just make sure that you mark the wheel so it gets put back on in the same spot. Before you start make sure that you have a assortment of Phillis screws driver and different length of the square driver (the more the better). The really short will help. Here’s the link. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CC226ZM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Right now it’s Currently unavailable but there are other. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D4DZB1T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 There are many screws that you’ll have to feel around for and of cause the screws are not the same head type. The computer tray, hand rail panel and the whole AC vent panel will have to come off. The AC vent panel will be really tight to get off and it might feel like all the screws did come off. The AC vent panel is the key in getting to the blower motor mounting screw. On the AC vent panel make sure that you get all the screws that screw into the side by the front door and the side screws that screw into the middle center console. The center console tray will need to come out and on the right side of the end shelf slide mount, you will have to trim the corner wood piece off. You can see it in the picture I hope this kind of explain it! I’m not to good of putting word on paper. It’s APITA to do the job but it can be done with out to much damage to the dash. Feel free to PM me. 4. I use InvisiBrake and I use the brake light power to activates InvisiBrake. Really love the vacuum pump function to pull the brake paddle down this make it easy on the pulley system.
  5. What is the best and fastest way to apply Topside paint, roller or brush? Does it need to be Prime first? Thanks
  6. I have a 2011 Longhorn Edition, Mega Cab with no DEF or DPF. And no EGR cooler either. Boy does she have POWER. I wish that my ISM 500 would pull like the Ram.
  7. For the PM someone just click on they Profile Icon. My would be the letter "P" and you'll see a mail icon "Message". I just PM you my phone #. Before you put the touch control panel back in get the part# off the bottom of it. This is the only way to get the correct one order if you needs to. As far as the travel mode button my is like your as soon as you release the Parking break it will automatically goes into travel mode.
  8. Here is a good site for more information. Complete disassemble and install http://www.allthingsforetravel.com/?s=hwh+air+level https://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/2004-hwh-six-pack-air-leak-fix-527839.html You do not need to remove the solenoid to replace the pressure switch. Are the solenoid leaking some air? If you're going to reseal the solenoid, make sure you replace all 3 O-rings. From Paul Whittle, This is the wrench you need to take the solenoids apart to get to the inner o-ring. Newco 202079 Spanner Nut Wrench https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007PCOBCE..._-TgNBbHXBBKW6 Amazon is out of stock https://discountcoffeeequipment.com/repair-parts-c-19/newco-c-19_59/newco-202079-spanner-nut-wrench-p-39757.html Yes, the backup pump is Viair 450C https://www.viaircorp.com/ig-series/450c-ig I used viair pressures switch w/relay 90 PSI on and 120 PSI off. I notice my pump will try to keep the air tank air up to 120 PSI. I don't think that it suppose to do that. I still need to figure that one out. Your pump mount in the same location as my and when the pump run in the middle of the night it'll make you want to get up and turn it off. So I put in a 30 amps house light switch with a outdoor weather box to turn it off manually. Make sure that you wire the pump up correctly, if not you'll have a big big headache with the HWH controller box . The coach will do thing that you don't want it to do! Don't ask how I know it kind of embarrassing. Let me know if you need more reading material. LOL Level Sys Troubleshoting ml31043.pdf Leveling System HWH2000_owners.pdf
  9. I'm pretty sure that you have the same HWH system as mine. It's so much easier to remove the whole off the coach and rebuild it on a table. Leve all the connection on the solenoid and disconnect the canon plug on top, Label all air line. I'm sure that you took a lot of pictures. If you replace the back up pump be aware the the power connector that plug into the compressor which is RED and BLACK. The back lead is NOT A GROUND. Both wire are hot. The black wire is powered by the house batteries.

  11. I was thinking about the JC Refrigeration at first but my door seal was ripped. Norcold don't sell the door seal anymore but they will sell the whole door and it wasn't cheap. For the same price as JC Refrigerator you would better off putting in a residential Frig in and bring the coach up to date.
  12. Thank you everyone for the great advice. Sound like the inverter power outlet is the way to go. The wife is not to happy about loosing the bottom draw 🤕. I went with Hisense 17.2-cu ft Counter-Depth Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator with Ice Maker (Stainless Steel) ENERGY STAR Model #HRB171N6BSE I can it in thru the front door. Door opening on the Monaco is 25 5/8. I’ll have to check on the PSW or MSW power. Bob, 3-way switch is a great ideal. Awesome!
  13. Going to have a new home build and decided to replace the Nocold 1200. I’ll be homeless for at least 6 months or so. I was wondering which power to use invertor and shore power. I don’t want to have to switch power source every time I’m ready to get on the road. I have read posts to use invertor power. So, when on shore power don’t the transfer switch to shore power, so there won’t be no invertor power. Am I missing something here? How do you keep power on for the refrigerator? Is this going to be a lot of rewiring? Thanks in advance!
  14. Gwarsh, how long did you have to wait till you got a appointment with HWH?
  15. lvylog, if you don't mind where did you get 26 100AH Lithium cells from? Thanks
  16. Thank you guys. I feel a lot better now. I'll carry a -6 coupler and cap. Again thank you 😊
  17. I'm getting the coach ready to head out to he North West to see the great American beauty. In a year when I finally call it quit! I know that I'll have to claim many 6-7% grade hill. I have been reading a lot on overheating like this post https://www.monacoers.org/topic/2870-seeking-source-for-fan-control-for-hydraulic-fan/ . I ready don't know what kind of controller I have and any upgrade suggestion. Attached is what is currently installed on my 04 Executive 500 ISM. The bottom valve have 2 wire connector attach to it. Thank you!
  18. Pick up my 04 Executive for less money then that 2 years ago. Look some more.
  19. Have anyone converted to oil bath hubs? Oil bath hubs must be a better option since it's use in all newer trucks. If anyone did this conversion what is required to convert over to oil bath hubs? Thanks
  20. I been following Will Prowse for a long time and even brought his book. I also watch the majority of his youtube. They have a refurbish 12V Battery Lithium 150Ah 2 kWh 200A BMS LiFePO4 LFP for $549.00. Keep us posted on how you mount the Victron Multiplus II.
