I have a 04 Executive also with ISM 500. My warning light have been come on and off now for 2 years since I own the coach. It was doing the same for previous owner. I also don't have a code. I know on a car there are soft code and hard code. Soft code you can see it on the scanner but will not turn on the check engine light. On the other hand hard code will set the check engine light. Been looking for the issue and still haven't found it. I don't have any doubt that the coach will take me to where ever I want to go.

I tried to fix my and spend many day under the coach and inside the third bay. End up taking it to Foretravel Motorhome in July. This people really know the HWH system and have all the necessary parts to repair it. They also have 38 overnight parking space with 50 and 30 amps, with water and 8 full hook up for people getting they coach repair. While I was at Foretravel I had a great honor to meet Dave Pratt and his Foretravel IH45. What a awesome coach! I can only dream about owning one. Let get back to the subject. The coils should ohm to about 15.5 ohms (which can be easily checked by just unplugging the coil from the wire harness and inserting your multimeter test probes into the connector going to the coil. It's on Cummins Quickserve. It's a online version and it will let you print a section that you need. I always take my laptop with me with all my coach file on the hard drive just incase I can't get connected to the internet. For 20 bucks for volume 1 & 2 I'll take it. Here a great site for HWH leveling system. I had the same problem, look at it for days finally got it in travel mode but loose all of the leveling function. End up taking it to Foretravel Motorhome in Nacogdoches, Texas. It end up costing 10 hrs of labor and $400 in part (level sensor). I had multiple issue with my system. I can verify that is the correct light for 2004 Executive. I recently replace my with them. I have the same problem. I have the same year and model as powersltc. I want to install J-Lounge and can't find one that will fit in the spot. The floor is not straight across on the slide out.

I do see the drop-down hatch panel on my also. Thank you I just need to remove the HWH cover to see what the light indicate to help troubleshooting.

Got everything back together. Replaced all o-rings and 1 complete Raise solenoid assembly (left raise) on the driver side manifold . The system was working correctly but now it not. This is what it doing, when put in travel mode the driver side complete lower and the passenger side rise to the max height. Went back and recheck all of the solenoid plugs to verify that the plug are plug into the correct plug on the pig tail connection. All the plug are correctly plug in. Looking for the HWH control box that is suppose to be in the center bay didn't see it. Is it on top under the cover? Anybody have any suggestion? This is crazy! Thanks in advance.

I’m doing my right now. After trying a few different things getting the valve off the manifold I decided to remove the manifold. Getting the airlines off was the tough part. You have 3 option getting the airlines off. 1. Taking if off the proper way by releasing the lock collar 2. Taking the fitting off the manifold with the airline on the fitting (this what I did) 3. Cutting the airline off and use a compression fitting to extend the airline if need be. Plus getting new fitting. The electrical connection I also thought will be difficult but it turns out to be the pretty easy. All the wires ran to 1 round quick discount and this was the only thing I had to disconnect. Make sure that you check all the solenoid. The coils should ohm to about 15.5 ohms (which can be easily checked by just unplugging the coil from the wire harness and inserting your multimeter test probes into the connector going to the coil. On my first manifold and found 1 coil bad. So, for me it would be an 8-9 on the scale and a lot of this having to do with getting to the airlines and electrical connection. Just make sure you really want to tackle it. Once you start the coach will be seating there till it put back together. We just came back from Big Bend National Park. My ISM 500 was running in 154 degrees, as I was getting closer to Big Bend and start to claim I did notice that Engine load would be around 100% and 30+lbs boost and the Intake air temperature was at 174 degrees. Engine and Transmission was in 180-190 degrees all reading came from BlueFire.

Keeping my 2004 Executive. It got everything I needs. I have a hard time already trying to figure thing out. I can't not imagine how much of a electrical night mare the new coach would be. All of the gadget are great but when it don't work, look out!

Just purchase and installed Tough Top Awnings on all 3 of my slide out on 2004 Executive for $536. Plus I had to replaced 2 spring on Carefree SOK2. Go on youtube and look for RVGREEKS and get the discount code. I have 2 that I purchase from Carefree that was the wrong size. It wasn't Carefree fault I had the wrong build sheet in my Monaco book.
