  1. Ditto SteveJ. We installed the amish 120 volt unit in our 2000 Dynasty and did the replacement ourselves. It was all accomplished inside the MH. Very happy with the results. Keeps ice-cream rock hard in 100 degree weather.
  2. Hi to all, Recently I goofed up and left the front run bay door unlocked. As we were traveling down the road I noticed the door was flapping up and down. Pulled over to lock the door and noticed the diagram that was glued to the door had parted company. This is the diagram that has labels for all the connections. We have a 2000 Monaco Dynasty 38 ft. If your MH still has that diagram attached to the run bay door would you please advise. We would like to get a copy of that valuable piece of paper. God Bless and have a great day, Ed
  3. I recently goofed up and did not lock the front run bay under the drivers window. While going down the road noticed the door flapping and pulled over to lock it. Unfortunately the wiring diagram that has labels for all the connections is the run bay decided we should part company. We have a 2000 Monaco Dynasty 38 ft. If any one still has that diagram attached to their run bay door please advise. God Bless, and have a great day, Ed
  4. We have a 350 hp cummins and when we run the dash air it does not affect fuel consumption at all. When we run the roof air off the generator, there is a noticeable drop in mileage. Ed 2000 Monaco Dynasty
  5. Our step did the same thing, it would not go all the way in. Took the motor apart and the gears have three plastic cylinders that are spacers. They had turned to dust. Located the spacers at Oreilly's auto parts. They were listed under window regulator parts. Lubed everything up and put in the new spacers. Works like new.
  6. It was disassembled completely with the exception of removing the shaft. Just took some photos before taking it apart. Cleaned everything up and reassembled. With your experience should be not problem. I should have drilled and threaded a zerk fitting on the blind bushing side. Will do that when I get bored. It may be awhile before that happens.
  7. The butterfly should rotate easily. Ours was frozen when we purchased our unit. Took it apart as far as possible, cleaned and lubed it. I decided to use Permatex Anti-Seize for lube due to it's high melting point of 1600 Degrees F. Much higher than the recommended SuperLube. Mine doesn't have a return spring. It opens when the air is released. Good luck with your project and God bless, Ed
  8. Haven't used our Aqua Hot yet, as we just purchased our coach last April. Although, the furnace in our previous unit quit unexpectedly. Mud dauber wasps had completely filled the furnace vent with mud. Cleared it out and all was well!
