  1. They look like my fan blade weights. They r spaced apart so u can cut one off at a time to balance the fan
  2. Yes it was #14 gauge. So hollowed out the plug a bit because knucklehead me cut the wires all the same. I should’ve cut different lengths to prevent the bulge. Anyhow I used the black stretch tape n the original plug n cap. Worked great.
  3. On my 07HR I found mine extended one morning. No question motor gave way, so prior to replacing I checked voltage. Great from the switch but not at motor. Connections dirty through wall cut and made new connections n volts good to motor. Sealed the end cap.
  4. awesome thnx He said he wouldn't worry about the bags yet. but he does have them in stock
  5. I'll have to check into the Watts, but I am glad I went with the large shocks on front, no bounce and bumps on the road are way less noticeable. As a trained driving instructor for low/high speeds in vehicles, I'm curious what the watts and other enhancements can do for the rig. thanks for the info.
  6. I have the 88R8, last spring I replaced the 4 front shocks with the larger Bilstein's, (depending on the type of top connection you have, you can go with the larger) my ride was significantly improved. Just this week I corresponded with Jim at Source Engineering (regarding airbags, didn't know if I should replace them or not because of age only) and I will be ordering the rears shocks, I am considering his ride enhancement kit. If I remember correctly he work for Monaco for 10-11 years. He tunes the shocks for your specific rig.
  7. Perhaps I'll just read a book. LMAO, Thnx for the input.
  8. This topic becomes confusing very easily. I understand dish will not work with Winegard if the rig is built before 2014, mine is an 07. I currently have Starlink at home, I heard Starlink allowed roaming, but now charges $25 for an RV. Then I heard now you have to get a separate system for the RV. I have not contacted Starlink yet. I can say it works great at home. I'll need to do something in the next few months because we'll be leaving for a 60-90 day trip. Can anyone clarify, Does Starlink require a separate system? Has Winegard made an update for the older Winegards? It seems to me that long term Starlink with streaming is probably the safer way to go. Thanks
  9. I used PUROGENE and went through the hose reel because I don't know if I have an access. I mixed the solution in a 5-gallon bucket and used a submergible pump which has a hose fitting. Then I ran clean water through the reel right away to clean the hose.
  10. the metal piping looks like the way to go, thank you guys for the info. safe travels
  11. check your local body shops, I looked at salvage for one of my small doors, $800. the body shop had the door skinned and painted for less money. just a thought.
  12. there is a "Turbo air control valve" that sits on top of the valve cover right below the engine cover. that vale has an air line that goes to the turbo, make certain that is connected.
  13. That is correct, the extreme is every 6k miles. Yes I use the EDT (everyday treatment) on every fill up, boosts the Cetane up. I also use there Stiction with my oil changes. Runs awesome. I don't think DEF has any effects, but you would need to look at their wen site. I'm pretty certain it says all diesels, my buddy run the EDT in his 2022 pickup I also run it in my 2018 ram diesel and my 2021 jeep diesel. both have DEF.
  14. Oops sorry just re-read your post regarding the resonator. That’s pretty good mileage but I need to cruise at least 65 mph. I ran secret hotshots diesel extreme through a tank n my power n mileage increased. I use everyday treatment on each fill up.
  15. thnx I'll check it out when I get back, leaving in the morning for a few days. only issue I would have is there is a ben/Offset going up. Resonator on the intake? I thought was for exhaust
  16. Tons of great advice pros/cons, my 2 cents is check the drivetrain, airbags, u-joints, shocks, brake lining and all associated brakes parts, airlines, etc. like mentioned above having a good sized budget for repairs/preventative maintenance, like having all engine water hoses, belts etc. items that would leave you on the side if the road replaced. Do what your gut says! Good luck and safe travels.
  17. wow thanks for all the info!! I will take a close look at it in the morning to see what I need.
  18. the duct connects to the outside, so the so filter will filter what gets in. Okay thnx for the responses .
  19. Hello all, I installed a new air filter and in doing so I noticed the air ducting (flexible corrugated material) that connects to the air filter intake had a few holes in it. Have any of you replaced this piece? if so is it one piece that goes all the way up to the outside air intake? where did you find it? or do I need to buy a universal and cut to length. is this a PITB job? thnx
  20. Check the switch, if you need a motor you will pay a lot more for the original replacement. you can pick up a universal on Amazon for a 3rd of the cost and retrofit it. just a thought.
  21. I’ll clarify, I put movie cd’s in my in dash unit to watch movies on the coaches tv system and surround sound. Not watching on the in dash unit. I was looking to upgrade to a newer in dash unit to do the same if possible. So I see there are some options, just wanted to see if anyone has done it. Thnx for the replies I think I have enough info now. Safe travels!
  22. Thank you for the responses. It would be nice to find one that plays movies but it’s not that big of deal. Movies r mostly for the grand kids. Thnx again
  23. Good morning, first day n first post glad to be here. I have an 07 HR Endeavor and I am looking to upgrade the in dash stereo. Currently the CD will not eject, I figure it’s time to upgrade to a stereo with Bluetooth that will still play movies through it Anyone here make this change, if so pros and cons thnx
