Can anyone explain how to replace the drain line for the front dash ac? I think mine may be plugged causing a leak inside on the floor at the bottom of the return grille. Thx

You can use compressed air to blow the blockage in

If that doesn't work and I have to replace the hose not sure how to remove the apparent obstruction in front of it. Looks like it could be a vacuum of some type

A wet/dry vac with cobbled-up adapter can sometimes clear a clog.  Worked for me on the AC roof drains.

Bad thing about a plugged evaporator drain is the mildew smell🤢 hope you get it fixed soon.

I took the drain tube off but didn't find any blockage. I will keep the dash air off going to our next stop and see if it stays dry. Then run the dash air again the following stop and check it again

Sometimes the outside door gasket will fail and allow ambient air to enter when running the A/C on Max, this will cause condensation to gather and can get the floor wet on the passenger side. Had that problem in a 2002 Diplomat.
