I am tryng to replace my cigarette lighter on the dash with a built in duel usb port but i am unavle to remove the old lighter any tricks to it no nut on back

the back unscrews you stick something in the inside and the back unscrews off

Exactly. Did what you are doing to mine. Just unscrew the entire back of it.

It's sort of an inner and outer shell on the backside.  They unscrew apart.  No tools needed.

Make sure the power is off to the lighter prior to attempting to remove it...especially if you need to stick something inside of it to hold it while removing the rear housing.

Live dangerously.  Just pull the connector first. 

On a 2003 Endeavor one of the 2 accessory socket fuses is unlabled in the fuse panel (FRB).
