Sale on Soft Start

Got an email announcing $100 off sale on Soft start rvs.  I had one of these before and loved the fact I could run an AC on 20A in storage without running my generator.  I put 2 new heat pumps in and forgot to salvage it. Oops.

What did you go with for heat pumps? I'm thinking of upgrading.

I went w the Dometic Penguins that were similar to the originals. I called PPL motor homes when they had a sale and gave them my existing model numbers and they helped me.

In the early part summer, my original front 15000 btu A/C wasn't starting and I could smell the odor of hot wires. I wasn't ready financially to redo the A/C system, so I took a chance with Soft Start. The A/C has been working since. Bought another Soft Start for the rear unit.  Very simple installation.
