Yes.  In your second picture you see a screw slot stud with a lock nut on it.  Center the steering, loosen the lock nut, and turn the screw stud in slightly.  Re-lock the nut and test.  

Monaco used both Sheppard and TRW steering boxes.  If you have a Sheppard I'd replace it with a TRW.  There is a long thread on IRV2 in the Monaco section.  Weller truck parts sells replacement steering boxes just for this application.  

More detail.  The one in the video uses an Allen hex to adjust and most heavy vehicles use a screw slot.

The Hydrapower casting indicates a TRW box and you can clearly see the adjustment screw. The only potentially harder part is disconnecting the drag link to do it right. Don't damage the boot doing it.
