  1. Amazing how that makes the coach feel “new-ish” again, sort of like a good wash and wax, or repair of a damaged area!! looks great!
  2. Gary, I had a similar event about two years ago when I left my awning out during a wind storm. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I was able to repair it by replacing the 1/4” lag bolts with stainless steel 5/16” lag bolts of the same length. I took out one of the existing lag bolts and went to the hardware store and got the exact same length and one 1/16” larger. It’s held up for over two years now... Hope that helps!
  3. Joe, You should be able to see all posts back to December 2019. Posts prior to that (back to the founding of Monacoers back in 2004) will be available in a separate searchable database. I say “will be” as this is an ongoing project for me. There are about 265,000 messages in that database over the 15 years it operated, and it has become a labor of love that’s taking much longer than originally thought to make that available via the web... If there is something particular you are looking for I can search the dB and send you the results... I just ask that you be patient with me.😁
  4. Joe, if you are on a mobile device and the menu bar doesn’t show at the top, there is a Meniu icon in the top right (3 horizontal bars), click on that, then “Browse” the ‘Downloads”.
  5. I’m probably the least qualified to answer, because I have neither... but I have ordered a watts link kit for my coach, and will be installing soon. 😁
  6. I've created a poll to get some feedback on the Gathering. Please respond, and feel free to add comments by responding to this message.
  7. Thanks. The new emblem is plastic with a "waffle" type back. Auto body molding tape was my plan until I saw the back of the new emblem...
  8. @Warren B How is the emblem attached? I purchased one and it's plastic with rivet(??) holes. Did you use rivets, screws, or ??? (My coach had a sticker, so I have to drill the holes to attach the "real" emblem) When I purchased it, I was thinking it would have screw holes or use auto trim adhesive... Any advice / guidance would be appreciated. I can figure out a way, but since you've already invented that wheel...
  9. Just confirming the donation from the raffle proceeds at the 2020 Gathering to the Shriner’s Children’t Hospital:
  10. I’m curious how many of y’all in the Atlanta area may be interested in getting together occasionally to discuss Monacos? I know we have some members in the area, and just thought I’d put it out there. @Bobbob U @pwhittle
  11. @David Pratt was awarded the first “Monacoers” Award by Chris Throgmartin, long time member and major supporter of Bill D’s Monacoers. The Award reads: ”For his dedication and tireless efforts in supporting education and technical support to Monaco brand coaches throughout North America. It is with heartfelt thanks and appreciation for helping us understand and better enjoy our coaches by providing the Monacoers web site as well as the Monaco Gathering event. With our sincere appreciation, The Monacoers Group
  12. Here is the link to the exact page with those rivets: https://www.albanycountyfasteners.com/POP-Rivets-3-16-304-Stainless-Steel-p/11950000.htm (I also edited the link in my original post) The Ugly Fix is an “EGR Valve performance module”. It supposedly improves performance of your 2002-2010 Cummins diesel engine by keeping the EGR valve closed at all times. This isn’t an endorsement; I have no personal experience. Research it well before buying - reviews vary all over the map. I was relaying info shared at the Roundtable. There is a ton of info available on it on the web.
