  1. It’s crazy what the costs are in Ca. Have a good remote your trip!
  2. Crazy cost. So running the fridge would cost somewhere around $30/month. I’m guessing propane is crazy expensive out there also.
  3. How much is electricity that it’s too expensive to leave the fridge on electric? Can’t imagine it would cost $20 a month for the fridge
  4. On my system the light blinks rapidly also once level so that is functioning properly. When you say the are “dumps” does it actually dump like when the lower button is depressed or is it more like a significant leak? Might try turning the system off once leveled to see if it makes a difference
  5. I’m sure you are already aware of this but if not, you can change the font and background colors on the Aladdin to help it to be easier to read
  6. Might try these guys also https://www.otrattw.net/
  7. Yes that is how mine is also. I ended up having to put sealant outside in that corner to seal it properly
  8. Happy to hear that it worked out well for you. I’m sure they did a good job but a suggestion to check one thing. At the bottom where the slider window meets the fixed glass one, be sure it has some sealant there to prevent water from running down inside at that point. This was an issue with mine after fog repair and my previous owner didn’t take care of it ant it caused delaminating nelow the window.
  9. I purchased two monitors. I put one in the wet bay where the Aladdin was and I put the second on the dash
  10. On my coach. Rebuilding the manifolds (oring replacement) would have been very tough in place. I also wanted to trim the air lines so they got a fresh bite on the fittings since I found a couple that were slightly leaking. If you have resistance across the coil it should be good. They are usually the reason for valve failure.
  11. I got tired of cleaning mine and still had reliability issues and was going to replace the sensors but after seeing the prices for the sensors I decided to buy a Seelevel system for just a bit more money. I have been happy with their systems accuracy and reliability. Easy install too
  12. I am unable to find a Gar-ber website. Pretty sure that the filters used for Aquahot does not have any type of water seperation
  13. Where did you learn of that? I never heard of that and I haven’t found it on any specification.
  14. I certainly understand that thought. Very tough area to work.
  15. I pulled mine out when rebuilding. Those rear ones are a bear to get to to remove. Not a job for folks that are not somewhat fit. When reinstalling I trimmed each air line 1/4” or so they have a fresh hose to seal with the fitting. One other thing, I have to resurface the face on my manifold by lightly milling them as there was a good amount of corrosion and I was afraid that some prongs may not get a proper seal. Richard, If you’re going to rebuild the spare one on the bench then swap, why not just remove yours, rebuild and reinstall? Best of luck with it. Not a fun job.
  16. Thank you. Unfortunately, I won’t be back up to the coach for a few months but I’ll be sure to report back on my findings
  17. Thank you Tom and Doug Looks like I’ll need to dig into this in Spring. I do not feel and difference when actuating the button. In the meantime I’ll read the documents
  18. When I purchased my Exec the previous owner had installed a Blue Ox unit. It appears to be a “Tru Center” It has a momentary push button that is supposed to turn it on. Evidently it is supposed to help when there are crosswinds and kinda help hold steering position when you have to hold the wheel off center. I never dug into this unit and haven’t been able to find any info on it. Does anyone know how it functions or have any literature? Thanks
  19. I would suggest that the noise you are hearing is the generator itself and not the exhaust?
  20. Good to hear that you are all set. For future reference, the high limit switches are definitely not wired in series. One is wired in series to the electrical element and the other is in series on the burner circuit so they can be swapped as a test.
  21. I have only had one outfit help me diagnose a problem I had some years ago when we first got the coach. I did find him by looking on the Aquahot site and had a good experience but I have to agree with Mike and others who mention that the certification in many cases isn’t assurance that they know what they are doing and I was in error by steering you in that direction. Good luck with your repair and keep us posted on how it works out
  22. That’s the last place I would go. Go one the Aquahot site and search for qualified service near you. If you take it Camping World this time of year in Fl you’ll won’t see your rig for months
  23. Also. A good place to start is to go to the Aquahot website and get the service manual for your particular model and follow the steps for diagnosing your issue. Once on their site, scroll down to “RV Owners”, then scroll down to where it says “service” and click on “documentation library” and find your model and related information.
