  1. Suggest you reach out to Space Coast Plating directly in Melbourne Fl. Many times they have your mirrors in stock already plated and do a swap but they need yours to match up the radius on the base. I just sent them a base and the time to repair and rechrome it was about 3 weeks
  2. I am a Rustoleum Top Side proponent. I did my roof maybe 5 years ago now and it still looks perfect with absolutely zero maintenance other than washing it once a year wish soap and a soft brush. The last thing I want to be doing is getting on the roof so any regiment that requires reapplying it multiple time a year would certainly be off my list
  3. Go with indoors, winterize, air it down and make sure that batteries are fully charged and disconnect them at the terminals, not just the shutoff switches. Then forget about it till Spring. I have been doing this for 10 years and when I return after 4 months all of my batteries are at 95% or higher state of charge.
  4. Just go to your local auto parts store and purchase a headlight lens restoration kit. They are inexpensive and it’s easy to obtain like new results
  5. The gauges are indeed electric and use stepper motors to move the needle. All of the gauges use this technology. I was fortunate that NWRV had one of my gauges to replace a problematic one. Recently Frank on here has repaired some successfully and I’m sure he will chime in
  6. Sorry to post something that is off topic but it looks like your power cord needs some attention where it enters the surge protector before you have a bigger issue with it
  7. Not so lucky. Those 8 years were not on one set, and the last set was the last set I’ll own by choice.
  8. I was on Michelins for 8 years and I replaced them with Toyo 144’s at the beginning of this season. There is just a slight more road noise from them but overall I am very happy with them. I don’t notice any difference in ride or handling
  9. Start your turn when your body is at the start of the intersection
  10. Try calling Radiator Supply House. They are a good company that does top shelf work. Pretty sure they will be able to help you out
  11. Glad to see that the adjustment worked for you. It’s a bit painful to accomplish isn’t it?😳
  12. Thanks Ivan I will look for that and confirm dims and order one to test and let everyone know
  13. It seems that in most cases the failure of an HWH solenoid is the coil. Does anyone have a source for the coil? It would be nice to have a couple on hand
  14. Thank you Richard. Certainly good information to know.
  15. So I replaced the solenoid labeled “Right Side Raise” and all is well. I was wondering what the valve on the manifold was for. It is the T handled on on the side of the manifold. Anyone have any insight?
  16. Try Roger Burke at http://Rvhydronicheaterrepair.com
  17. Take it off and go to your local Parker Store. They will make a replacement while you wait in most cases
  18. Just found a solenoid on eBay. New in box for $95 shipped. Works for me. Now just have to head out to the garage to track down the right one so it’s an easy swap when the new one arrives in a couple days before we head out to Assateague Island on Saturday
  19. Just an FYI. The HWH solenoid part number is RAP 1940
  20. Yes, mine is HWH. I will need to get a solenoid in hand before I go too far. Does anyone know the part # ?
