  1. I could be wrong but my understanding of the relay/delay is to send voltage to charge batts. Where is the purple wire? Solenoid at back of coach or generator?
  2. I have 114 schematics labeled for 07-08 but it maybe same as what Tom posted.
  3. That recall device is there to shut down your fridge as it is overheated and if it were to continue it could catch fire. It’s probably time for a conversion kit or new fridge. I’m sure you’ve heard about coaches burning to the ground because of fridge fires. Please do not continue to run fridge. Other will chime in on this soon.
  4. My adjustment on frame has no more adjustment in picture. So at the stack I hope there is enough movement to get rod threads to come out of stack bracket. Since I don’t have any old shoes, I’ll head to Les Schwab and see if I can scavenge som from them.
  5. 09 Knight 38 PKQ 360HP I'm missing a bushing and need several more as they are dying. Too much slop in rear radiator/CAC stack. I am still looking at the McMaster Carr site but not finding any yet. The bushings have a brass or bronze insert on one and the other which is missing slips over that sleeve. Also I thought about removing support rods but the stack would have to be flexed enough to remove the rods to replace all the bushings. Does anyone know before I attempt it if the stack is flexible enough to do that? Another source or suggestion is much appreciated on the bushings. I found all this while investigating the need of a new fan that has missing chunks out of the fan as seen in the pics.
  6. My o 09 knight has both ribbed and bulb seals. I replaced all my ribbed ones three years ago and now some are doing just like yours.
  7. No problem. Some of the drawings are dated for the 07-08 also, With Rev it’s hard to tell what you are getting. I’ve separated them by drawing number and by description of drawing. 217 drawings of which I hope will help. I never could get a dash drawing for mine with the Medallion setup. But I do have the medallion schematics.
  8. I suppose I’ll have to try from a computer. For some reason on my phone (Drive) some of my drawings are now telling me they are protected and only give me a choice to “open with” link but nothing happens. Always something!!!!
  9. I have 2009 drawings from REV. It’s supposed to cover all 09 Knights. I specifically asked for my 09 Knight 38PKQ but got like 150+ drawings which if memory serves me it had other Knights in it. Unfortunately I’m in a very bad cell and internet service area. I can attempt to upload to website and or email them. I’ve had better luck sharing thru Facebook messenger. I have Franks email and I ll try there first.
  10. https://f01.justanswer.com/diesel3153/12878a6c-4078-4f30-90dd-bf27ce12e138_SD-13-4863_US_003.pdf Another version of 7-1 code.
  11. Dropped pressure down to 60 lbs and then raised rpm. Pressure built up to 122 and dryer purged. Let engine idle and pressure slowly dropped to 111 again and held there. My next test will be the air brake pre tip test.
  12. Low Air Pressure? 09 Knight 38PKQ. Update: Dropped pressure down to 60 lbs and then raised rpm. Pressure built up to 122 and dryer purged. Let engine idle and pressure slowly dropped to 111 again and held there. My next test will be the air brake pre tip test.
  13. Yes but why won’t it build pressure from 111 with rpm’s up just sitting. Unless my memory is off it should build up. Well unless my memory has failed, when ever I raised rpm my pressure would build to max and then purge.
  14. Normally after I start engine and no matter what psi is at, it unloads at 122-123psi and then drop to 112-113 then build up to 118-119. I brought rpm’s up but it would not raise pressure at all.
  15. Mine purge’s around 122-123 and settles down to 117-119 while driving. Now that I’m supported by jacks I’ll drop the pressure below 65 at which low alarm activates and see if she will rise to the occasion. Hmmmm!!
  16. I’ll check to see where it’s at on my 360 Cummins. Maybe give it a thump?
  17. Pulled into new spot for about another week. Spent two days with wife in emergency (all ok). Today decided to set up. Fired up engine to build up pressure to extend slides. Pressure was at 93 lbs and built up to 123 before slowly dropping to 111 lbs. Holds steady there but will not raise and no popping of at dryer. Have 40 miles up into mountains to my home base. Where should I be looking for this issue? Would it be safe to finish to destination in a week if issue is not solved?
