  1. This place has them but not an exact match. They fit over the inset, not in it.https://www.spoilerlights.com/spoilerlights/beaver-marquis-third-brake-light-type-sl-84013/ Hope this helps.
  2. Your picture is not an isolator. That looks like the battery boost solenoid. Here is a link to what you.probably have, https://www.motorcityreman.com/2-165.html?cmp=googleproducts&kw=2-165&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIh__c6c_m_AIVWQ2tBh0CVATqEAQYAiABEgLmMPD_BwE. Look around on the internet for a better price. Hope this helps.
  3. Brad, you can test to see if a diode in the ignition circuit will get the desired results by running the engine and then disconnecting the ignition circuit from back of alternator. If motor shuts down when disconnected, then a diode will work. Hope this helps.
  4. I believe there is a provision on that alternator for an ignition circuit. Can’t remember if I tried with ignition circuit disconnected, but ultimately installed diode to remedy no shut down problem.
  5. Turning it down will work to a certain degree, but forgetting to turn it back up could potentially cause a problem later on. Ideally, I believe Monaco designed the coach to be plugged in at all time when parked for extended periods of time , preventing battery drain.
  6. The ignition wire to alternator is an exciter wire, allowing alternator to charge after startup. Don’t remember what specific diode I used, but any heavy duty 12 volt diode in that circuit will work.
  7. Had this same problem after replacing a LN with a Delco alternator. I installed a diode in the ignition circuit at the alternator. It was back feeding through the ignition circuit preventing shutdown of engine. Hope this helps.
  8. I believe it is set up this way so it will keep the wet bay from freezing when running down the road. The engine loop is what heats the fluid even though the diesel burner, electric element and inside thermostats are off. Hope this helps.
  9. Best to rebuild your original. What ever you do, don’t let go of original alternator. If you buy new, rebuild old one and keep for a spare. Hope this helps.
  10. Bill, I would try turning it back and forth a few times, if it will turn, then returning it to the original setting. If no joy, then small increments turning it one way or the other would be my next option. I can’t find any adjustment procedures in the manual, so hopefully someone with your model will chime in. Good luck.
  11. There is a tempering valve on the output. Here is the manual, https://library.aquahot.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/AHE-100-02S-Service-Manual-Rev.-B-9-27-2011.pdf Page 22 and 23 is what you want. Hope this helps.
  12. I think this is exactly what is going on. Also, working around a failing wax valve.
  13. How about removing the valve before the wax valve. Then replace the wax valve itself with a new one, back to original configuration.
  14. This is the wax valve in question. Is this what you have? https://www.whitehouseproductsltd.com/products/hydraulic-motors/hyd-gear-motors-fan-valves/dynamatic-fan-drive-motors-valves/553-1-09857-210-thermo
  15. Could you weld the ear back on. If aluminum, then fairly easy process. If cast, then a bit more challenging. Also, I have used Whitehouse Products in the UK. If it comes to a new pump, highly recommend them. Very reasonable on price and shipping. Good luck.
  16. M&G for me also. Great braking system! After initial install, very simple and quick to hook/unhook toad. Highly recommend!
  17. The Beaver Marquis and Beaver Patriot Thunder ran the C-12 through 2004. Great motor, great coach. Good luck!
  18. If it were me, I would turn on the diesel burner. Better to be safe than sorry later. JMO.
  19. Don’t know about a “Metric pump”, but with your part number they should be able to get you an exact match. Best to call if you decide to go with new. Good luck!
  20. Whitehouse Products in the UK is a great source. https://www.whitehouseproductsltd.com/home Very reasonable on pricing and knowledgeable. Give them a call, very helpful. Also, Sauer Danfoss is now Dynamatic. Hope this helps.
  21. Robert, the Monaco Beaver Marquis and Patriot Thunder lines used the C-12 up to 2004 model year. Great engine, nearly bulletproof, great choice. As far as price, up to $100,000 for the later years, much less for the earlier years, Good luck!
  22. Turn it off, then check the voltage at the batteries. If it is above 13 volts, it is charging.
  23. Check around the filler neck. Sometimes the whole filler neck detaches from the boiler, leaking down around the boiler. While you are at, check the line to the surge tank, it can also leak at the filler neck. Hope it’s that simple!
  24. Kevin, are you sure that the fan motor is not malfunctioning? Possibly a resistor at the motor? I found this on line a while back, thought it might come in handy to keep in my files. https://www.northernradiator.com/Product/AH545 Good luck, hope you get it figured out.
  25. Carey, I am also interested. Please put me on the list. In the mean time I will count how many I need. Thank’s, will look forward to hearing from you! Frank B.
