  1. Any place out west that can make a copy of the CPU Multiplex system? I am in Tucson currently. Live in Colorado. Thanks!!
  2. If you knew that your aux compressor was shot, then yes, you could start the engine to air up system to relevel coach. As Ivan said above, once level, turn off Valid remote, then aux compressor will not come on. I always make sure to turn off remote when leaving coach for a period of time so aux compressor will not activate while away. On my coach, I have also wired a switch from compressor to left arm control panel so I can turn off compressor any time, just in case I forget to turn off Valid remote. A little redundant, but as I age, I need all the help I can get. Hope this helps.
  3. I repaired a leaky filler neck with a piece of silicone hose, two clamps, and a flange welded to a filler neck. I drilled a small hole in Aqua Hot cabinet to access lower clamp to tighten. Very simple process and very economical. Hope this helps.
  4. Ernie, the best thing to do is dump all the air and let it settle on the stops in the air bags. This way you get no lean or twist on chassis. Once it warms up, then I would address the problem. It would be a shame if the coach leaked down on one side and was damaged by leaning into the wall of your storage unit. Hope this helps.
  5. Brett, this may sound to simple, did you check to see if you have power at the wiper motor? Hope this helps.
  6. Jeff, I have the M&G brake system and love it. It is a proportional brake system that applies air to activate toad brakes. In the event of toad coming loose from coach, an air cylinder activates brakes on toad to prevent runaway toad. There is some setup of system on toad, but very doable if you have mechanical ability. As far as an air source from coach brakes, you may already have a connection on back of coach around the tow hitch, with a plug in it already plumbed in. Here is there site, https://m-gengineering.com/ Hope this helps.
  7. Good news!! Glad to hear you found a solution to your problems.
  8. I am with Jim, if there is no removable panel, then I would cut one out to access the back of shower. Hope this helps.
  9. Max, on my 2002 Beaver Marquis each heat exchanger had a off/hi/low switch. Might be worth a look. Hope this helps.
  10. Check to see if new thermostat has fan speed adjustment. The 5 button thermostat has auto/high/low. Don’t know about 10 button one. Hope this helps.
  11. Woody, check to see if the GFI in the bathroom is tripped. Hope this helps.
  12. I have a separate dimmer switch next to my headlight switch. Hopefully the fix is that simple.
  13. Looking at the picture closer, I believe Ivan is correct. The solenoid is hooked up to both battery banks to combine them for starting boost. The salesman solenoid must be located somewhere else.
  14. Darryl, the salesman switch controls a solenoid, possibly the one in the picture. Check the big terminals with a volt meter. You should have around 12-12.5 volts on each big terminal with salesman switch on, if working properly. One of the small terminals is the trigger from the salesman switch, the other, if it has two, is the ground. The trigger terminal should also have 12-12.5 volts with the salesman switch on. If the solenoid does not operate properly, you can take the big terminal on one side of the solenoid and connect it to the big terminal on the other side to complete the circuit as a work around. Hope this helps.
  15. Woody, here is a web site that allows you to get rid of the problematic braided lines and replace the longer valve stems with the shorter valve stems that you refer to. Did this on my coach with outstanding results. Hope this helps. https://yourtireshopsupply.com/category/796/dually-valve-kits
  16. Just reread your original post, if your boost relay works to tie batteries together, then BIG BOY is functioning properly. I suspect your BIRD has failed. Hope this helps.
  17. I think there is a BIRD relay that works with the BIG BOY. Sounds like the BIRD relay has failed and is not closing the BIG BOY solenoid to complete the circuit or the BIG BOY itself has failed. Do a search on BIG BOY/BIRD relay to understand how they work. Hope this helps.
  18. Hi Paul, how do the camera’s do after the sun goes down? My black and white camera’s work really well when dark. Thanks. Frank
  19. Joe, possibly a crack in top layer of skylight. If water stayed in between layers, then top layer must be leaking. Hope this helps.
  20. I believe it does make a difference. I would try switching the lines as you alluded to and see what happens. Also, there is adjustment on the end of the valve. An Allen head plug/cap removed allows access to another Allen inside. I believe by backing it out, counter clockwise, it will slow down the fan. Make sure motor is off before removing the plug/cap. Hope this helps.
  21. On my 07’ Marquis, there is a switch in the bathroom switch cluster that turns on the bathroom fan. That is where I would look. Hope this helps.
  22. Patrick, have you checked the ground connection to the module? The whole switch assembly is inoperable, leads me to believe that it is not just a slide in/out problem. The switch cluster also has lights included, that are not working. I read somewhere that the common ground for the multi-plex system is located in the engine bay, by the plug for the engine block heater. Other than a module failure, I am out of ideas. Good luck.
  23. Patrick, check the plugs on the module, make sure they are tight. Also check the red cable feeding the module.
