  1. Paul Whittle is a frequent visitor to this site. Leave a message and he will contact you to troubleshoot your problem. Good luck.
  2. I believe it may be the box for the cord reel. Glendinning Cablemaster CM-7. Hope this helps.
  3. Is your Jake brake switch on? Some will override cruise control. Hope this helps.
  4. I am with Brad, check your fluid level. You should check the level with all slides in. Hope this helps.
  5. If you have the 510+ toilet, make sure the plastic pieces are facing the right direction. If I remember correctly, there are directional arrows to properly install them with the steel band clamp. Hope this helps.
  6. Why not just replace the solenoid switch. Most are mounted on hydraulic pump motor. Any trailer supply store or Napa are a good source for them. Hope this helps.
  7. Or possibly the headlight switch. Twist the knob to turn lights off. Hope this helps.
  8. JC, Check the voltage on the big terminals on both sides of the Big Boy solenoid. They should be very close if big boy is operating properly. The Big Boy corrodes inside on the contacts, preventing proper charging of battery banks. If voltage is not the same, then removing Big Boy to clean contacts is not that big of a job. Hope this helps.
  9. Looked on line for another supplier, no luck. Probably why the price is $200. Maybe someone else will chime in with another option. Good luck.
  10. Or you could contact Paul Whittle and troubleshoot the control module. He builds new modules for the 3110. Hope this helps.
  11. Here is what you need, little more than $100! https://shop.findmyrvparts.com/swing-arm-assembly-08408401-entry-door-hinge-p/190060.htm Hope this helps.
  12. Loel, that looks like an accident waiting to happen! I would get some new bolts and get busy installing and tightening them up. Good luck with your project!
  13. Mike, the thermo/wax valve is adjustable. There is an Allen plug on the end that you can remove, once removed, there is another Allen that can be turned CCW to slow fan down if my memory is correct. By turning it CW, it restricts flow, turning fan motor faster. A quarter or half turn is all you need to make the fan speed up or down. Do not run engine with outer plug removed. Make your adjustments, then replace outer plug before starting motor. Hope this helps.
  14. Is the slide in question hydraulic, if so it may be the relay switch on the hydraulic pump motor. Does the pump motor work intermittently with both the in and the out button? If both buttons are intermittent then I would check the relay switch on the pump motor, located up front by the steps. You can jump the big terminals on the relay switch bypassing the in/out buttons to see if the pump runs to activate slide. Hope this helps.
  15. I’ll second that suggestion! Can’t go wrong with those guys.
  16. There should be a breaker on the element circuit. It is AC current and should be in one of the breaker panels. I would check that first to see if breaker switch is off before digging into AH element. The electric element will take some time to heat the boiler fluid, so be patient for 2 to 3 hours before you have hot water. Hope this helps.
  17. The solenoid is not working properly if pushing boost switch and no start. When jumping batteries with cables and coach starts you are just bypassing solenoid to start coach. As far as chassis batteries are concerned, they obviously are not charging on shore power. You will need to figure out what kind of system you have that ties the batteries together when on shore power, and what is not working properly. Hope this helps.
  18. If your chassis batteries are above 13 volts, it is charging. Put your red lead of the volt meter on the positive, the black on the negative. Make sure your volt meter is set to DC current. Hope this helps.
  19. Maybe the shop needs work? Just saying. Never know now days.
  20. You can have the Allison program set to any gear when engaging Jake break. Any Allison shop can do this for you. Hope this helps.
  21. Have you replaced or worked on alternator? I have had power backfeed to key switch. Solution was to install diode in ignition circuit. Hope this helps.
  22. Turn inverter off and anything else that draw on batteries. Then check with volt meter at batteries. This will give you the best state of charge on your batteries. Hope this helps.
  23. Paul, this is what I use to monitor incoming power. It is also available in a hard wire model. Cheap insurance to prevent any problem with incoming power. Hope this helps. https://www.amazon.com/PROGRESSIVE-INDUSTRIES-EMS-PT50X-Portable-Protector/dp/B01N9MOY7B/ref=sr_1_2?gclid=CjwKCAiAm7OMBhAQEiwArvGi3DmV5Kp6KYOScG7K_SyVoD1u2ZbeeboT7fWljiMr5LfB2acg6C-epBoCrYoQAvD_BwE&hvadid=190534251586&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9029184&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=12163922335955503142&hvtargid=kwd-298142485817&hydadcr=7527_9880923&keywords=progressive%2Bindustries%2Bems-pt50x&qid=1636654379&qsid=134-3108032-9214913&sr=8-2&sres=B01N9MOY7B%2CB07ZKZRHQ6%2CB08B1GC8J8%2CB07PRTZCF5%2CB07NW1Q52Z%2CB0050EH004%2CB007O6INSE%2CB09471J8Y7%2CB0050EGS5W%2CB088D723J4%2CB088D5PWFB%2CB002UC2UB8%2CB06XXP8YFM%2CB088D2JVN4%2CB088CWBBBM%2CB0009SQQ1A%2CB088CX994S%2CB07ZKZX42Z%2CB002UC4T08&th=1
  24. Does anything else work on inverter? If not, check breaker on inverter.
