You cannot compare the Beaver Marquis that is built by REV with Beaver that was built by Beaver and then Monaco after the merger. The latter where some of the best Mfg. RV’s built. REV does not build to this standards in either the chassis or Coach.

It would appear that based upon a little shopping that I did my Nationwide package with full time endorsement is pretty good. gieco and Progressive are double for same coverage. It is annual renewal time for our insurance, currently Nationwide 250000/500000 Liability. collision comp 1000 deductible, Full Time package, 0 deductible Glass. Actual cash value replacement. Just ordinary coverage nothing special. $2340.00 yearly. Curious how that compares with others real world numbers in 2022. We have a 2006 Monaco Signature Commander 45'. Nationwide only increased $6.00 per month. Other quotes I have received considerably higher but that is just fill out online request and they pop a quote.

Greg, the libim225 is a solar battery manager. Which is needed when adding solar to the system. In my case I’m not having solar added. It is the other additional pieces you mentioned that Battle Born advised without the libim required for solar. Battle Born advise me that simply changing from lead to lithium does not require the battery management system to change from the BigBoy.

anand.s, Replacing the bird was bad statement. I understood it to be that is works in line with the bird for lack of a better term to limit the AMP draw from the alternator that the Lithium will take in order to protect the alternator from damage from overheating. The Victron product has a 30 AMP limiter. Sterling also has this product in 30,50 and i think 60AMP limit. There are many folks on this forum that are better versed than I. I look forward to their input. From what I understand the most compelling issue when going to Lithium house batts that have alternator charging is to protect the alternator from overheating due to lithium demand.

Mark B, this is what I have been told by folks that are doing my Lithium install. The DC-DC Victron basically replaces the bird to limit the amount of AMPs drawn from the alternator. Not an expert but this is what I’m told by installers and Battle Born CS folks.

I would take it up to Oregon Motorcoach in Eugene OR. Everyone there including the owner worked for Monaco and Country Coach. They have an excellent body and glass side.

I replaced my penguins last year and have the new thermostats. You will be very happy with how they work.

If Honda has it in the Owners Manual that the model can be flat towed and advises the limitations it should be fine. The key wording is flat towing. On my Ford Flex Ford requires it to have the negative wire off of the battery and run the engine every 6 hrs of driving for about 5 min. All of this is in the owners manual. My point is that if it is documented in manual should there be a problem it would be warranted.

DRDON, about halfway back on theside of the tray there is a lever that you will see. Pull it up and the tray will be manual opertation. Did you check the small plunger switch just inside the door on top. it should be on the right. if wire off or issue with it tray will not operate.

The only one I know of would be Olstrum custom coach in Tucson.

yes no regulator on the grill Did that. sounds like yours was same as mine. It had a flared 1/2" with a cap off end. removed both and replaced with a brass quick connect and no gas when hose hooked up.

I have the black pipe coming from the driver side after the regulator coming over to the pass side. It was capped off and I found the required fittings to connect to the barbeque. Problem is no gas coming through. there is not an additional cutoff in the black pipe as i can see it all the way back to connection point. Yes on board tank is full and burners in kitchen work properly.

Welcome Dan, what model is your Refrigerator. We have a 2006 Signature with the same set up with cabinets above and the fridge sits on the floor. We are going to be replacing our shortly. I was curious because I hear a Samsung RF18 will fit but I don’t have the height clearance required which is 70 inches according to Samsung.

If I had to do it this time of year I would go down through CA to Bakersfield and across 58 to Barstow and then I 40 East. You can always bail South to I 20 or I 10 if a storm gets in your way. If weather holds you can take I 81 north out of Nashville to VA. Good luck with your trip.

Frank is correct regarding ping tanks and air volume. It is just a personal opinion of mine but I would pay for the quality of a Firestone or Goodyear bag over the Chinese BlackTech. A blown airbag will stop you dead in the water on the side of the road just like a blown tire.

I would get an opinion from Oregon Motor Coach or Premier in Oregon. They both have folks on staff that worked for Monaco and Country Coach when your chassis was built. I would think that the Monaco chassis had 3/4 inlets for a reason over 1/2". I had the unfortunate experience of having a Trucking Industry shop replace the bags on my coach and spent a lot of time and money getting the work corrected at OMC. Good Luck

I had a similar issue on the driver seat side window. Water leaked into the trough in the frame. It appeared to be sealed all around but leaked in heavy rain or during wash. the window had some fogging around the edges so i had company come out to correct the fogging and at the same time when the window frame went back in they ran a good bead of the black butyl rubber sealant around the frame. Then butyl rubber rather than silicone around the perimeter as is done on windshield. No leaks even under high pressure water.

I had the same issue and I took the vertical trim off the door which also allows access to adjust the door latch and lube it well. I found that using contact cement you can smooth the material as best you can then replace the trim insuring the material is under it when tightening. Don't forget to reseal the seam with appropriate silicone to avoid this problem down the road.
