Ali-026
I was wondering if anyone knows the make model part number of this 2008 Camelot ride height valve?
Chargerman
What are the symptoms that are making you think it needs replacing? They are a standard part that can be purchased at a local truck shop like Frieghtliner
bobdinsmore
I just got one at NAPA in Dec, about $28, because the rubber end of the link had torn loose. Delete my response. I'm referring to the Link, not the valve. Edited March 17 by bobdinsmore Ignore my answer: Non-responsive.
Jdw12345
The picture you posted indicates that the air line is leaking, I can only assume that is why you are asking about the air ride valve, you might be able to remove that leaking air line and reinsert it if it still leaks make a clean cut, no burs, and re-insert the air line, hopefully that there is enough extra air line to try this, I’ve noticed on some of my air lines that they cut them off just a hair short. If you’re wanting a new air ride valve you should be able to get one at any heavy duty truck parts store.
Ivan K
Yeah that is a pretty extreme angle for the line exiting PTC fitting. Might be able to tie the line to an other or a frame part that doesn't move to fix the angle and stop leaking.
jacwjames
When I went through my air system I had one PTC fitting that just wouldn't seal when I changed a fitting. Ended up getting a compression fitting and it sealed the first time.
Solution Ali-026 Posted March 18 Author Solution Share Posted March 18 OK after some research, I think what I have is a Ridewell Lo-Flo HCV part number 6255007. I've heard a few other 2008 Camelot/Dynasty owners having the same ride height valve unit. Now I'll need to fix the air leaks thru the PTC fittings and adjust the ride height.
