  1. The clock-spring is another source of problems with communication between the Smart Wheel and the controller.
  2. If the pump is completely disconnected then the pressure switch is taken out of the equation. It's best to test the pump when it is completely isolated . It will either run or not.
  3. Do not trust the fuse! Wire around the fuse and do the same test. If the pump does not run then you have a dead pump.
  4. Are you stating that you have connected a known good +12 VDC and known good -12 VDC to the pump motor and it doesn't run?
  5. Greg, How this system works is this - The latching controller has four connections, one +12 VDC, one -12 VDC, one for all of the switches and one for the load. When you turn on anyone of the switches, the switch indicators should light up unless the bulb is blown in the switch itself or the indicator lamp. The latching controller will send 12 VDC to the load terminal which is connected to a HD relay and activates the relay. The HD relay will have a larger HOT wire that should be a good constant +12 VDC which when the relay closes, it sends that +12 VDC power to the pump motor. The reason for the HD relay is because the Latching Controller can NOT handle the amps needed to drive the pump motor. So they use a secondary relay to handle the higher amps. You need to verify that good power is present at all of those places and if not, why. Are you sure that you got the relay wired correctly?
  6. Have you verified 12 VDC power on the +12 connector of the multiplex relay? Also that your ground connection on the multiplex relay is a good ground?
  7. Yes, as there is a multiplex switch before the pump which the switches are connected to.
  8. Your chassis designation will have an S in it for the side radiator. For you, you have a Roadmaster RR8S - Series Chassis.
  9. In the case of my previous Windsor, that was true, The model was a PBT, with 3 slides. The Dynasty Countess III is very clear, 3 slides. When looking through Scotty's posted document, I don't see any definition for a model PST but I know there is a PST 3 slide floor-pan for the 2002 Windsor.
  10. Scotty, Frank, Dave & Tom, God, Family, Work, Friends and Monacoers. Put our priorities in order. Many prayers for all of our moderators for good health, peace and comfort during these difficult times.
  11. I believe you have two slides both on the drivers side. The DD stands for Driver side Dining. You can peruse the Monaco Brochures to view all of the different models and floor-plans. https://www.monacocoach.com/service-and-repairs/
  12. Whatever it was that caused the damage it looks like it hit the railing of the ladder too as it appears dented.
  13. To accomplish that task, you need to have a set of electrical diagrams which you can download from the Monacoers site. Then start tracing where your power is correct and where it has failed.
  14. When discussing any Aqua-Hot issues it is mandatory to post what model we are working with as there are major differences between the models.
  15. A photo of your shore power outlet and how it is wired would help out. Does your coach have an EMS wired in prior to your Transfer Switch such as the Progressive Industries EMS-HW-50C? If not you need to get one!
  16. Godspeed my RV friend! Enjoy your forever travels with our Father.
  17. If anyone has just a used Pressure Pro Pulse Monitor they would like to sell, I am in the market for one. Don't need sensors!
  18. Possibly your crank arm has striped somewhat and needs to be replaced. I got my crank arm from Rome Truck Parts. http://rometruckparts.com/
  19. Try Happy Campers tank treatment.
  20. I would contact Josam's in Orlando to see if they would do a chassis inspection. They will not do anything with the power train. You would have to use a place like Cummins or someone else that is familiar with a Cummins engine and Allison transmission. Otherwise, you can try the NRVIA for certified inspectors.
  21. @Bruce S If your control board fails, a very valued member here has designed and built a new style control board for the Magnum Opus. His name is Paul Whittle. There are a few parts still available like seals, etc. but they are getting less every day. The best part is that these high quality toilets seldom fail. I put one in my previous Windsor and it is still working today. I never had to replace any part from the day I installed it in 2010 until the day I sold the coach. The new owner had to replace the control board this past year and he purchased it from Paul.
  22. Repositioning the tires is too costly and could possibly damage the tires more than the benefit. A short 50 mile drive is far better as it exercises many other components in addition to the tires.
  23. I have the same identical faucets in our 06 Countess III which we are very happy with so no plans to switch. However, thank you for the advice and warning in case there comes a time in the future where I need to remove them for whatever reason.
