  1. I changed out the PO's large, 2006 in motion satellite that wasn't working. Just threw it down to the ground when I unhooked it.  One guy at the storage unit was startled.  I guess a warning would've been nice,  lol.  He was nowhere near me, but it was loud.  I covered those holes w eternabond and dicor.

  2. @Mike Wahl mine is similar to what's written above.  I have a bumper from Rockhard 4x4 and wiring from e-trailer.com.

I use a Ready Brute Elite towbar. Been using it since 2019 w no issues.  I've towed a CJ7, 2019 4dr Wrangler and now a Gladiator (rubicon).  I needed to use a hitch riser to make I level. I've been pleased.  Lots of videos and help on those websites to look at.  Didn't have all hooked up in pic below.

  3. @jfasano88 I have a small sound bar on the bedroom TV and love it.  w the AC running the TV was not loud enough.  I measured for the space and found one that fits just below the TV. I use the optical cable for hookup.  I'll see if I can find a pic.  @Scotty Hutto has a sound bar on his front tv and maybe can chime in.  My front TV sound still goes thru the original ceiling speakers and sub.

Many thanks for the info............. no matter what I do the coach 'rocks'.

Please excuse my ignorance, what are belt lines?

    L

There are upper and lower belt lines that cover the seams of the body walls. In the search bar on this forum, type belt line repair. Great video and info there. Monaco was known for using non stainless steel hardware to hold the beltline in place.  These rust out and need repair over time.

  5. Did you get help?   Lots of possibilities here.  I have a wire in my dash I can wiggle and lose my camera.  Typically it's working so I haven't tried to find the short.  You can bypass your monitor using RCA cables and a TV monitor to make sure the issue still occurs (which I think it should).  Tim at rvcams.com is extremely helpful in troubleshooting these.  I have a splitter on mine sending the reverse cam pic to my radio all times to watch my toad.

  6. @mikewhich sub did you add?  Powered or nonpowered and if powered, where did you run the pos wire to?

Upgraded the dash radio and speakers and added a subwoofer to my dash

Added a Pioneer TS-WH500A powered subwoofer and placed it under the dash console behind the bottom draw 6-8’ of flex AC conduit that was coiled up back there

Yes, let it run through all the faucets, especially the kitchen.

I was the company prince and had it made. I did what I wanted, worked the hours I wanted, and had a great deal of perks. Actually I was kind of like a Veterinarian at that point. Made great money and did very little. LOL 🙂

Before people get the wrong idea.............. I am not crazy. I refer to myself as being mentally amusing. 🙂

I think you got your words backwards there. 😆 Heck, I've been working so much I haven't been able to get out and go anywhere in a while.  Not since the real MSU tailgates w @Scotty Hutto.  You still mad about the scallops? They were fantastic! 😁

  8. @throgmartingreat info!  I like the part about not driving around to slosh the tank.  What about running the hot and cold water til you smell it from the faucets?  I've done that in the past.

Personally, I was more into biology and anatomy, physiology than chemistry. Although I did enjoy the proper mixture of hops and barley.  Oddly enough, for whatever reason, you just gave me flashbacks of seeing comedian Ron White give his view of anal bleaching during his show.  Later that night I pitched to him he may be onto something for Hollywood vets and their pets.  Not sure what that ratio of bleach and water would be.  🤔

    🤣🤣

  9. I'm not as seasoned as most on here, but the 135k miles on coach seems good for age and diesel and i wouldnt worry there.  The genny may be a little high and a negotiating factor, but not a deal breaker at all.  I have about 1200 hours on mine.  In addition to the above questions,  how many previous owners? Does everything work?  I had an RV shop inspect the one I bought and seller took $15k off already agreed upon price after seeing what needed work.  That was without me asking. But it sounds like you found a good one, make sure you're happy w the floor plan. And of course post the pics.  We love pics.

  10. @96 EVOhere are some pics of what I see. My camera cables are S type too. Then they go to an RVA adapter then that box.  From the box they leave and turn back to a S cable at the monitor.  My splitter is bw the box and the S cable. The 5th pic shows the cable from the monitor which has a flat harness and S cable. Tim at rvcams.com may be able to help you determine if yours can be split or if a new monitor may help?
