  1. Sorry to hear that. MN is a little far from me (Alabama). If you come down here sometime, maybe we can figure something out.
  2. If your audio comes through the surround sound speakers and does not change when the TV changes, I'd think there may be some interesting wiring happening. Can you take pics of the TV, stereo receiver that provides the sound and the BOMB box? It's almost as if the cable hits a splitter of sorts that sends audio to the stereo and video to the TV. What, if any, wiring changes have you made since you bought it? Where are you located?
  3. Where does the sound come from? The little speakers inside the TV or a stereo receiver, surround sound setup?
  4. @Ray Davisnewer TVs seem to be much faster for the most part. Like above, I usually let it search while doing others. However, after Dish's last battle w Disney on game day a few months back, we dropped Dish and went w streaming and have been happy. Local channels and not OTA searching. Just need wifi, which is often our phones. And we take a smart TV outside w no cables!
  5. Charles, the bedroom remote is probably specific to the radio. Can you post pics? I'm assuming the remote is wired?
  6. One thing to keep in mind is everytime you travel, you'll need to do a channel search on all the TVs for OTA channels. Make sure your BOMB is set for antenna, proper channel 3 or 4 and TVs are on the corresponding channel 3 or 4.
  7. @Scotty Hutto,is there a way I can turn off or lessen the frequency of the newsletters email if I'd like? I got 3 or 4 of the same yesterday and 1 so far today. More than I'd like to have. Thank you
  8. Amazon purchase. Just looked and mine may not be available but a similar one is. Has a battery and turns on when water flows and off after a couple minutes. P3 International Water Meter, Save A Drop https://a.co/d/72RIqYB
  9. Currently down the road from you in Starkville for the game. We live in Daphne though. Those pesky neighbors will get ya every time! Steven
  10. Ray, that's a meter. Pretty accurate and helps me keep that black tank flushed better and not back flow. Water pressures vary so much, I'd never know how many gallons I'm adding back. Now I know when to stop.
  11. @bgfleck have you tried Veurinks? https://shop.findmyrvparts.com/monaco-rv-3rd-brake-light-AT-LED-28SMT-p/190005.htm
  12. Rodger, If you have your flush set up like mine and that faucet leaks, I could see that happen without noticeable toilet leaks. See pic. However, I have a faucet valve and a diverted valve that would have to leak.
  13. My Dip only has hydraulic leveling and it's by Power Gear. Mine has a recalibrate process. Manually get the coach level using a carpenter's level and press a series of buttons to reset the calibration. I found out after it tried to level automatically and picked the passenger side off the ground. On a level spot... I've manually leveled since that event, but did recalibrate.
  14. My coach has a Magnum inverter/charger. By default, when it first powers up, it goes to bulk charging. The manual talks about the 3 stages of charging and what it takes to satisfy each before it changes stages. I have a couple of thoughts here, but am not as experienced as a lot of people here. When I first bought my coach, the PO kept it stored outside and turned off the battery switches with no charger going to them and it worked for them. So, that's what I did for probably 6 to 12 months without issue. Then I figured out I could use 110V, 20A and run my fridge and charger and keep the batteries charged in storage. I only have a 110v receptacle there, so I plug in and dial my Magnum down to 5A max draw and press the selector to put on 20A. I have no idea what the power bill is as the storage pays for it (and no complaints from me). I could see this going bad if I lose power at the storage unit and didn't know. Second, check your Magnum inverter settings and make sure they are correct for your batteries. The inverter charges at different strengths dependent on the batteries you tell it that you have. The PO had 2 12V marine batteries and when they went bad, I replaced w 4 6V AGM batteries and had to adjust the settings. Previously I'd hear those batteries Bubbling at times and felt they were being charged too high. Hope this helps. Steven
  15. Vince, here's a pic of my chassis setup. I was waiting on my new house batteries at this time. I noticed your 2 chassis batteries don't look the same. I've always heard replace both w same brand, amperage, etc... could one of yours be bad? However, I'm pretty certain my genny cranks from my house batteries and not the chassis ones. I had to replace my dash generator start switch the other day bc it was failing. Have you tried the batt boost switch? When I had a bad house battery my genny wouldn't start, hold the boost switch for a minute w the chassis engine running and got it to fire up.
  16. Ospho is what I have used for many rusted projects with good results so far. Including my battery tray.
  17. Curious as to if the new inverter solved the problem?
  18. Some my leaks: fittings at front air tank, park brake, and a $1 o ring at the air dryer. As above, many possibilities are there. Mine now mostly holds for 24 hours but is always losing pressure when off. Brake tests stay true. So I'm ok w that.
  19. Loel, I looked all over for replacement weatherstripping for my front door that would match the OEM. No luck. But, Steele Rubber offers free samples. I talked w them (helpful people) and got samples, and placed them down low on my door and decided which I feel is best. I still need to do the replacement though.
  20. After 2 house Samsungs failed me, I looked at my options and chose a GE w water and ice in the door. I had to lower the floor closer to the furnace, but fits well and been happy ever since.
  21. Have you tried talking to Chris at Talin? They are always very helpful.
  22. Driving on i10 yesterday to New Orleans I saw diesel at $5.29 at a Loves. Price has risen.
  23. I purchased a HDMI splitter and added a wireless HDMI transmitter so we could watch TV outside without running wires. Worked great! Bought from Best Buy.
  24. My monitor was bad when I bought my coach. It did numerous wonky things including what you're describing. I purchased a new monitor from Tim at rvcams.com and all is well. Mounted w command strips over the existing hole as it is larger. But, an easy troubleshoot is to stick a small tv on your dash and run RCA cables from the Aladdin to the TV instead of the dash monitor and see if it works.
